I love this location!!! Unfortunately twice now we have came through the drive through and a young lady by the name of Maria seems to be much more interested in her cell phone. Today coming through, I watched her text away while the girl in the closest lane continued getting cars. As I got closer to her I thought finally she'll take my order ...nope she turns around and walks up a bit further pulls her phone back out and starts texting. The lady in front of me keeps looking at her then at me through her side mirror (I'm sure she was thinking the same thing, what is going on here !!!) The lady in front of my gets right at the speaker "Maria" runs up there to hurry and take her order, then comes to me. With not the most pleasant attitude. I know times are hard but I truly believe you get paid to work, not sit on your phone walking away from customers.
The efficiency of this chick fil a has gone down so bad. I have been in line for 30 minutes. They need to walk with the cars to keep the line moving while taking orders. The last two visits my nuggets have been crumbs and the large fries that you purchase are more like a medium fry. The workers are kind just needs to have an over haul in efficiency. Here tonight 4/25/22 have been in line a total of 30 mins and I was just ask to pull forward for fresh nuggets used to they would offer a drink or something their customer service is almost equivalent to McDonald’s ?
Love this chic-fil-a location!! The best we have visited thus far. Food always taste fresh- fries crispy and not old, the food is hot, and service is quick- no matter how long the line seems! Customer service is also great. So far, we have not had any issues with food orders!! ? I literally drive out of my way to visit this spot.Keep up the good work, y'all! ?
Great food and wonderful team! I love bringing my family and friends here. They are the sweetest and have even taken the time to get to know me my newborn twins like they are their own.
ever since the pandemic started when Chick-fi-A changed their whole ordering process it has demonstrated to be a great improvement when experiencing this chain of restaurants. I measured the time once from order until delivery of my order and it took them 4 and a half minutes, pretty fast for a restaurant with queue of 2 full lanes at times, I say they keep this ordering process because it's a breeze to experience and the employees are always extra nice and very attentive, I don't know how this chain of restaurants keeps very highly motivated people because any other chain the worker that takes your order seems to be having the worst time of their life, keep doing whatever your doing Chick-fil-A cuz it's awesome!
This Chick FIL A compared to other locations is very disorganized and not clean.... Very upset this one is the one closest to my house. Food was good but considering the cleaners and smell of the restaurant I'm concerned
The last few times that I have been to this Chick Fil A location I have received horrible fries and not enough sauces for my orders. The fries always taste old and reheated so I usually have to toss them all when I get home. I'm thoroughly disappointed and want my money back...
I recently jumped back onto the Uber platform after about 3 years and this location was 3 of my 4 deliveries that day. The staff was great and orders were fast.
Always great food, at any location. Though people in the drive-thru line should pay attention to the car in front of them. Ugh.
I ordered 10 chicken mini what I got was a box of just junk thrown in a box ! No fruit that I ordered and paid for! If your going keep restaurant closed except drive through then you should be able to get every order right and to the T ….???? Very disappointed!
