By far the WORST Burger King! i was so excited when they opened but it has been a complete let down. They are randomly closed. No matter the time. 9:30 this morning CLOSED. Random 5 oclock day CLOSED. When we get lucky and they are open its a long wait and/or food is over cooked. Please do better!!!!
Whoever is running this s**t show needs to be fired. The odd part is that they don't even seem understand they should be embarrassed. I made the mistake of patronizing this place today and waited...and waited...and waited only to be "greeted" by staff who didn't so much as say hi, bye, thank you or much of ANYTHING for that matter. They can't possibly be bothered to do anything but shuffle around and treat customers like they are bothering them. The interacted me almost not at all...just stuck their arm out the window. If you let employees treat customers like this - you will soon not have any customers. I certainly won't be returning.
Do not I repeat do not eat here .. literally took 30 mins to get our order.. the manager literally took our order went to the back and was never seen again.. this place is running by 3 teenagers that don't know what the hell us going on.. then after waiting 20 mins this young girl asked us have you ordered ?? Like really !!
One star just to post this. I'm a delivery driver and the service I received here was ridiculous. The manager and staff were extremely rude for no apparent reason. If they can't find good staff just close the establishment, the staff here today 6/27/22 including the manager need to be fired or retrained. It's clear they did not want to be there. the service beyond poor
Had lunch today here and the crew turned on the TV to some kind of rap music station. The music had some of the most vulgar language and very loud to say the least. I am just glad my wife and I were the only ones eating in their dining room. If this the way all customers are treated this establishment would be best just shut down. Also both rest rooms were out of order.
The person who took my order, went and sat at a table with a friend, the only guy who was preparing the food,did so with the same gloves he was mopping the floor with, neither the men's or women's bathroom lights worked,was told the bathrooms were functional just not the lights. After waiting over 15 minutes for my 4 cheese burgers,and having to ask for my order, which had been ready for over 10 minutes I was told to calm down. Not sure who owns this franchise but it has to be some type of a front. Never go back again. And by the way who the Hell would rate this place with 5 stars? The owner?
Horrible!! Do NOT go here. The drive thru is incompetent. 3 people just left the line after waiting 15-20 minutes. Orders are incorrect, cold, terribly slow. No receipt so we can't prove anything. We got food poisoning from bad ice. The machine has probably never been cleaned.
Showed up for a late lunch around 3:30pm yesterday. There was a whole line of people waiting in the drive thru being ignored. Decided to get out of my car, only to find the door locked. I could see the employees inside sitting around eating and ignoring both the drive thru and my knocks at the door. Must be nice to get paid to sit around eating and refusing to work. Way to set things back for all the fast food employees fighting for a living wage ? I wonder how Burger King corporate would feel about a franchise just deciding to close itself to get paid to do nothing? Absolutely inexcusable
They are extremely slow. My guess is it's hard to find people willing to work for minimum wage. You'll spend a long time in the drive-thru. You're probably better off going to a well staffed location. Time is money.
I was never greeted by any of the staff, I stood there with not one person in front of me, before the lady came to take my order, there was only 2 other tables that was eating in the restaurant, one table with 3 men on their lunch break was waiting on there food, I got my food before they did,( they ordered the same thing as I did!) one of them sitting at their table had to go up to the counter 2, times in order to get his food. I have never waited over 20 minutes to receive my food from a fast food place! I will not be returning to this BK again. It makes me mad because I really like BK!
