Horrible!! The male employee with long brown hair and as skinny as a twig was awful! So rude and spoke very disrespectfully! Mumbles everything. He needs to be dressed more presentable instead of looking like a homeless person!
The chicken is frickin amazing. Like it cld clog my arteries and I wld say thank you???. However, There was one experience with Zaxbys in Dacula that really shook up this southern womans drawers. As a pta parent and #theatremom I ordered zaxbys for my daughter’s theatre “troupe”. They took forever (over 30 minutes) to make the 100 pieces of chicken that I ordered. The cast and crew of #TheHobbit were getting hungry and I nearly lost it at my second favorite place in the world (first being church) plz dont make anyone wait that long again. Amen.
The chicken tenders and fries are over cooked. The House salad has 1/2 the amount of grilled chicken it used to have..very disappointing. The last order of wings was a joke. Tiny, no sauce, very dry. Will not be back.
This price they give is much higher than the price given on the app. 10 PCs chicken fingers plus a large fry cost nearly $18... On the app the price is $14.12. when I asked the manager why the price was different she had no explanation. And instead of trying to help demanded the price she came up with. I won't be going back to this location. I can get a steak at longhorns plus sides, a salad, bread and a drink for $5 dollars more...
This location is always good no problems ever. Staff is really nice. I just don’t understand why all the other locations are open inside and this one is closed and it’s only the drive through.
Love zaxbys but was very disappointed in the new garlic chicken meal the chicken was very small pieces smaller then chicken nuggets from McDonald’s and you only get 6 of them for $8 you are better off with the finger plate meal more for for a $1 more
Such lovely staff. We had neglected to add a soda to our order. They were obviously short staffed I mean who isn't there days. So kind and patient as my grandson decided what he wanted. I was astonished and delighted by this kind group of people. Oh yeah and the food was excellent too!
I waited 15 min on drive through and I’m told that the car in front of me is the last one they’ll serve.Dim the lights or put a cone on the entrance. Don’t waist my time!!!
Got to the window asked for some sauce, few seconds later, I get my food. I checked my food, and look at that. Just completely ignored what I said. How hard is it to make one of your customers a little happier. This Location is horrible.
Food always isn't enough and poor qualityUpdate: very normal to sit in line for 30+ minutes to get told to wait at curbside for another 10-15 min to get sub-par food. Ordered traditional wings as usual, waited 45 min, got wings that were cooked to s*** and had almost no sauce. Dont waste your time here. I've tried for years nowUpdate: had to completely stop eating here because I got sick twice in a row.
