Today I ordered a six finger plate and it should came with coleslaw salad but when I got home it didn't have coleslaw. And my wife ordered a cobe salad with ranch dressing, and also the ranch was missing.This place is getting messed up. Will try to avoid it as much as I can.
Friendly staff good food.Zaxby's has hired some genius that is removing numerous menu items and sauces in the name of streamlining. Once they run out of the doomed insane sauce, I will say "farewell" to Zaxby's and hello to Huey Magoo''s!! I can get chicken fingers anywhere, Zaxby's menu options is what set them apart. Bye!
Today I went to Zaxbys and normally my order and food are great. Not sure what happen today if no one wanted to be there and just bad customer service. I ordered my food and asked for a side salad. Instead of saying we don't have those anymore you ordered a salad for me. When I get to pay the person at the window reviewed my order and I state again I wanted a side salad. Then she tells me oh we don't have those anymore and hands me a order. I paid for the food because I did not want to argue or difficult since I know people in the industry are given a hard time. When I got home my wings seem old and my fries seems like they were cooked an hour ago. My fingers were cooked to a hard crisp. I am just so upset. Take aways if there are no more side salads please remove from your menu online. I have never had an issue and have been to Zaxbys at least twice a week for lunch because your fast and the quality is normally great. Just wanted to share my experience. My order was a wings and things and I received a cobb salad.
My Zalad was the worst I ever had. Soggy lettuce, mushy old tomatoes and no Buffalo sauce on my chicken. I am BEYOND disappointed with Zaxbys. Waited all that time for that BS.
I usually stop here on my way to work. But today when I ordered my salad the lettuce had some slimey old lettuce mixed in. I fished it out but it ruined my appetite. I noticed that this restaurant uses old food from the day before because my toast was cold
The number five was good except for 60% of the time that I go there their flies are always cold or cool the rest of the time the food is perfect
The salad was good but I sat in the Drive-Thru for like 35-40 minutes a really long time
Wrong salad and no dressing in bag and attitude at the drive thru window today. Not cool.
I ordered tongue torch fingers. Had to add more at home. Usually tongue torch is swimming in it. Barely any hot sauce on these. Expected better for 10 fingers only costing almost $15. Was still delicious though
