Do yourself a favor and spend your money at another place. Tried their "seafood" which I can purchase frozen and cook it in my air fryer and it would be better. Maybe their burgers are better but I can get burgers at my tried and true places. All these reviews about good "customer service" are talking about how friendly they are... I don't need friends... I need good food and my order to be correct. Neither happened and no apology was offered by the person at the front. Instead they argued with me about what I had ordered. I had to show them the order on my phone to get the rest of my order. So bad. Like I said in my message to their customer service line... No worries! I won't be back.
I just started buying from here I have spent $30 in 1 week and both times I got the cheesesteak and both times they did not put the mayonnaise on it other wise food is good they just can’t follow instructions on what you want on sub
Ordered on door dash, was insanely expensive for what we ordered but we know delivery service sometimes has higher prices so whatever. We ordered 10 wings and then 10 boneless wings with fried rice. The boneless were made and sent as bone in wings (I don't eat bone in wings so that really sucked). Then the fried rice was a disappointing serving. Won't try again
The girl working the counter were fabulous. One of the even asked about our granddaughter. She loves the burger! We love the food and service.

Changed setting on door dash to pick up only for certain drinks which makes no sense if a dasher is coming to PICK it UP.. I cant pick up because I have new born twins. It’s an inconvenience. I don’t drink soda. Please change that.

Poor business practice yields a poor customer experience! Some of prices listed on the menu online are completely different in store, some almost a 50% increase. They are milking this whole pandemic influx, completely price gouging. Food isn’t even that good for 50% increase. They need to do better on updating/aligning prices online to what they’re charging in the store. Spare me the sticker shock!
