I don't ever write reviews, but this will be my first.I will never come back to this location.We went to the drive through. The person who spoke to us through the intercom said we were only allowed to use 2 coupons. Okay, that's fine. We ended up using a frosty BOGO and 2 for $10 chicken combo meal. Paid at the window and handed both coupons. They proceeded to tell us that they actually only allowed to use 1 and handed us the other back. They did not ask us which coupon we preferred to use, and handed us the frosty BOGO back. We assumed they used the 2 for $10. When we had gotten the receipt back, they had us pay 2 full priced meals and the frosty BOGO was what was actually used. Assuming there was a miscommunication, we went to talk to the manager to hopefully fix this situation. The manager was very rude and presumed we wanted to return the food because we 'touched' it already, when we just wanted to apply the coupon they had took from us. We did not touch anything in the bag. Manager said there was nothing they could do about it and handed us the coupon back to use it again next time. After the way this situation was treated...AS IF WE WOULD.We are not upset at the workers there, but this is directly toward the manager by handling this situation with us. Do better.

For the past year, I have remained quite about the management. All the comments make sense and it’s due to the management. They currently just changed again and it’s the same. Most of these employees need directions and they let them do whatever. They don’t properly staff and treat the employees with such high disrespect. One manager would use profanity and bring her dog into the store at the end of the night. The current management does not communicate and allow the employees to have free range. The food is always subpar. If the lead of the store is not setting expectations, then the end result is the comments you continue to read. I stopped eating here months ago and will continue to share my thoughts about this location. Stay away and go to the one near the mall.

Slow AF. Staff is in zero hurry and gives zero fs. Make sure you verify what is in your bag before you drive away. I did a mobile order and it still took 45 minutes to get my food waiting in the drive thru. And even then it was all smashed together in one bag and missing items. You can't put 5 burgers, 4 packs of nuggets, and 5 fries in one bag... tf.

Cold french fry’s waited 15 mins in drive through yes drive through had a hand written note saying they were short staff but food was uneatable Burger was disgusting .

I don't know what it is about this location, but it needs a DRAMATIC cleanup. The staff looks miserable. The food is right about half the time. The service is mediocre. It's been like this for months. Wendy's should be embarrassed.This location is the definition of "I don't care."

I have never had this experience before although I have heard about situations like this, but I stopped to grab some dinner after leaving work late didn't feel like cooking and so went to Wendy's and ordered some food for dinner from the drive thru and once I pulled away from the window I realized that I needed to use the restroom, so I pulled into a parking space and went inside to use the restroom and the cook was also in the restroom at the urinal and so I went into the stall cause there was only one urinal in the restroom and once he finished using the restroom he flushed the toilet and walked out the restroom without wash his hands. Once finished I went out and talk with the manager about what just happened and I was told that employees always or most of the time wash there hands once they get in the back because they do have a sink back in the cooking area, so I looked at the manager and said that may be true but customers don't know that they just know what they see and he said well do have a sink and we do things the right way here, so I just smiled and said I am sure you do, but I will not be returning. And I recommend is you value your health and safety don't go to this place to eat at all I threw my away and went to another place to eat. That's my recommendation to all who reads this post.

A bunch of Clowns… those kids are definitely a disgrace to whoever raised them!!Owners should consider closing until they can get proper staffing!!!!A real bad look to Dacula

The worst quality I have ever received from Wendy’s! The food took like an hour to finally be finished. When I got the food, parts of the chicken sandwich were cold and had a horrible icey watery texture. The fries were cold and had an icey watery texture. How come they are going to take an hour to make my food but the food is still under-cooked? I am disgusted.

Food was fixed correctly young lady at first window was very polite but over the speaker and the window where food is picked up they need a little more training on where to talk about their personal business because customers can hear and not to rush the customer from the the window just to return to that conversation

This Wendy's in particular has been the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food chain. I am a Door-Dasher who received an offer at this location. Door-dash will ask you to check the lobby for the order before going through the drive thru, but as I stepped in and asked the black tall young worker for the Door-dash order, he began giving me an absurd amount of attitude saying the lobby was closed and calling me stupid, while 4 of the workers were huddled up around each other, joking around not doing there jobs. The lobby door was unlocked and no signs displaying it was closed. I had to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru for my food, with only 3 cars in front of me. As I got to the window another customer walked out of the lobby and began calling the manager of the store for the same reason as mine. If you're ever in the Hamilton Mill area and crave Wendy's I highly suggest you to never come to this location, you'll end up waiting atleast 30 minutes for your food with terrible service.
