Our teens were just refused service. The place was filthy and empty. Half was closed off and other half was dirty. Red Head lady on her phone and told our kids to leave and she wasn’t serving them. All because they asked where to sit. We’ve had issues late night here also. We love Big Daddy and the day time staff but night time is sketch.
This location is, by far, the best Waffle House I've been to in a long time! The food was amazing! The understood the assignment! ?The service was on point & what made this visit the most memorable, were the employees Big! April was excellent! She knew exactly how to handle every instance that came her way! She was very professional & efficient! And, Big Daddy is probably the sweetest lil thing I have interacted with in a long while!! His Southern drawl & charm is what did it for me!! Great visit, hands down!! ?
The waffle house on Braselton highway in dacula.the house of big daddy.the food was good.the place was packed. We had two all star breakfasts, and two orders of waffles and hashbrowns.we also placed a to go oder of a BLT sandwich with a side of hasbrowns.the food was great as was the service. The only negative was the table could have been cleaned much better.other than that it was a good experience.Eggs were perfect as well as the bacon,nice and cripsy.
The waitress was great, she tried hard and was very busy, but..... the food wasn't great, bacon burnt, toast over done, eggs... even after sending them back just wasn't cooked as I ordered, hash browns were barely cooked and went cold very quickly, the waffle was best thing on the table and it was just a little underdone, but that is better than over done. But.... it's Waffle House and I don't go there too much because this is the way the food is most of the time I do go and figure I'll try it again.
First time eating at this location. They had it going on!!! Everytime we go by there they are busy so we figured if they are that busy all the time then they are doing something right. The food and service was AWESOME! Steve was very entertaining❤ the only thing I didn't like (and I know this is everywhere) there was one lady (might be a step up from the other employees cause her uniform was different---no name tag but had a tattoo of a flower on her arm & elbow) was talking to another employee about another employee within ear shot of customers---we heard it so I am sure others did too---and throwing the f---ing word out there. This employee that she was talking about was doing nothing wrong! We will go back but if I hear that again I will ask her to take her language elsewhere.
The couple working at night are very hard working and helpful! Great food and very sweet! highly recommend :)

Tonight Waffle House was amazing , unfortunately Tuesday night there was a female and a male sitting at the tables with a he doors locked and refused customers. If you don’t want customers you should probably not be open
Late night. Service was a little slow but, only one server working very hard. Half of the restaurant blocked off. Food was very good. Hot and tasty. Will stop by and eat again.
Only 2 people working! But they were great and on top of their game. Food was great, server was cool and the cook was juggling everything beautifully.
