Exceedingly slow service compared to every other location within several miles. 25 minutes just to get to the drive through speaker, sat there for 5 minutes with no response, all while 2 other employees found it more important to clean trash cans in the rain instead with 10 cars in line not even counting those who gave up and left early.
EXPECT TO WAIT 30+ MINUTESI used the Taco Bell app to place a mobile pickup order only to arrive and learn that the employees gave my food to someone else. 30 minutes later I finally received my food, a simple quesadilla and burrito. This was not an employee shortage as I counted 8 employees working at the time, half of which intentionally ignored me as they walked past me without saying a word. I recommend you eat somewhere else.
Ordered food at 9:51 on the app. Didn’t get our food until 10:45 or so. Went to the door multiple times and was told “it’s coming” and when I finally got my order “we handed your order out and we had to make it twice” you’re saying 2 boxes took 30 minutes to make? The best part? After an hour of waiting the order wasn’t even right.
Literally the WORST location I have ever been to. I got to the line at 9PM. Five cars ahead of me. No big deal. I wait and wait and wait. 12 Minutes later I move up 1 position in the line. Keep waiting and waiting and waiting. Another 10 minutes go by and I move up 1 more position in the line. At 9:30 I decide this is preposterous. I drive across the street to Burger King. I order and receive my food in under four minutes total with one car ahead of me in the line. Incompetence is the only word I can think of to describe the management at this Taco Bell location. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue at this location. I am ashamed of what I would do for a cheesy gordita crunch or a supple 5 layer burrito pressed against my lips but I DO NOT have all night to wait.
Google maps should have an option of zero stars just for this place. Maybe 5 cars in front of me and took longer than 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. If want food any place will be a better option than this place
I've been a handful of time when I crave a taco and I always end up regretting it. Service is very slow and staff does not take pride in their work. You can usually see the staff thru the window playing and just hanging around while the line in the drive thru is long then the order usually appears thrown together and odds are you will be missing items it your order was more than a couple of items. Not sure who owns this location but they need to make some big changes. The restaurant is in a great location but unfortunately its a bad store so if your craving taco bell i would recommend another location.
Literally the slowest drive through in the entire world. Order is very rarely correct, and it always takes over 45 minutes to move through the line. Staff is not friendly and food is always cold. I keep crossing my fingers it will improve, but this is the final chance. I will never go back to this location even if it is the only place left on Earth that has edible food.
I would leave zero. I came at 10:15 PM on a Monday night. Came to drive thru. Nobody answered. Pulled up to first window. Could see 3 employees inside. One saw us and said they were closed thru the window. I don't blame them. I blame ownership and management. Google maps said they were open drive thru until 1 AM. Nothing to indicate otherwise.
The combo of both store is a real inconvenience when they run out of supply's. How does KFC run out chicken?? Drive thru is also 30 min wait ..
I generally have lower standards when it comes to taco bell anyway, but this one's pretty rough. It takes about an hour once you get into the drive-thru line until you get your food (which is heartbreaking as you watch the chickfila next door go through 50+ cars in the meantime). They usually get the order wrong too, so MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG AT THE WINDOW.The past 2 orders I've taken home, I've been missing my husband's chalupa. And I always order no sour cream on every order for myself, but that's always hit or miss too. And then when we call to try to do something about it (refund or an iou or something, no one ever answers the phones.)Also, they are NOT open early, regardless of their hours posted on the drive-thru window. They open for lunch. Also, they are NOT open for dine-in. They have a little sign on the door. They tried for about a week and I guess couldn't keep up?Also, their freeze machine IS. NEVER. WORKING.And if you buy a freeze via the mobile app, they'll just give you a soda in its place. No refund or anything, so you'll be out 60-70 cents for every freeze you order.I'm just hoping that when/if it's finally working, they'll let me change my soda to a freeze at no charge with all the extra money I've given them from ordering full of hope for that blue raspberry freeze before I finally gave up on them ever getting the machine to work...((Edit:Originally gave 2 stars, but after waiting 45 minutes or more for orders that are wrong AND cold the last 5 times we've come here (NOT exaggerating), I'm confidently putting it down to 1 star.))So in conclusion, if you're extremely patient and not picky, feel free to come get some tacos and play a phone game or listen to music while you wait and check your bag before you go, and you're good. However, if you've got cranky kids to feed, DO. NOT. COME. HERE.Or you will experience what I did the other day and have a screaming baby in the backseat and once you turn into the drive-thru to order, you're stuck until you make it all the way through (unless you wanna jump the curb).Sometimes the taco isn't worth it.(Picture is of tonight's Fiesta Potatoes after I scooped out the sour cream. Sometimes this side is really good. Today it was cold and they barely gave me any potatoes at all. Sigh. The quality is SO inconsistent at this location.)
