It really is hit or miss here! My latte is either amazing, or it isn’t ? And the prices have gone up, so playing the game of wondering if my latte is going to be good or not just doesn’t seem worth it anymore. The staff are very busy and I’m sure they deal with some rude customers, so mentioning bad lattes just doesn’t seem fair compared to what they deal with on a daily.
Whoever worked on the window today this morning was great and so sweet! And the woman on headset. Definitely deserve a raise
The staff is very friendly. However, the drinks are never consistent. I went this evening for a Carmel Frappuccino and it was water down. I was disappointed!

They have always given excellent service. My daughter and I go thru the Drive Thru on mornings when she has to go to school early. We consider it a little treat for having to get up earlier. The employees make both of us feel special and she goes into the school with a smile. Thank you for helping make my 12 year old feel like she "can do it" on those hard mornings.

Kinda a different experience. I applied to work here and was essentially hired. I was sent an offer of employment conditional on a clear background check. I waited 2 weeks before logging into my account and seeing that my background check had cleared. I have a spotless record and have never had issues before. Anyways, I waited a few days to see if I would be called for my start date. After no call, I called myself at a different location as this one was closed. They assured me they would have the manager get in touch with me within the next couple days as she had been on vacation and that if not I was welcome to call the store that weekend because they were reopening. I waited for the call and didn’t get one. I then called the store the day it reopened. No answer. I called again later that day thinking maybe they were busy. Still no answer. I called several times throughout the day over the next couple days and still got no answer. I’m not sure if they just don’t answer the phone (how does a store not pick up the phone?) or if my number is being ignored, but I’m really disappointed. I was really excited to start working there and had a very positive view of the manager and staff after my interview, but was left hanging. It would have been nice to at least have a call or email saying the offer had been withdrawn for whatever reason rather than getting ghosted. This entire situation began about 3 weeks ago, and I could have been searching for another job if I had some transparency or communication. Now I am still unemployed almost a month later and have to start job searching again. Just wish management would have treated my application and time with a little more respect.
This Starbucks is so lazy. I had to find out the hard way that they were closed for renovation. The sign that everybody could see from the street has nothing on it. However I had to go through the drive-through before I noticed there is a big sign that says they are closed I think that’s ridiculous for the people that are waiting to come in that don’t frequent this location. On the website does say it’s closed but how about putting up a big sign outside so people can stop turning into this location.
This Starbucks is SO FRIENDLY. I am always greeted with smiles, conversation, and they genuinely care about how you are doing. Their customer service is AMAZING, and their drinks are made perfectly.
This location can get pretty darn busy, but the drive thru line moves fast. Staff is always great.
