Speaker doesn’t work. Drive thru had no clue about the menu. Was nasty when we asked for a sonic blast as if we the item didn’t exist on the menu. Very rude when told not speaking loud enough. Previously got to watch 3 employees argue at the drive they window. Question the intelligence level in general of your staff. Good luck when your profits decrease. Shouldn’t be a surprise.

This place is a joke. Came at 8:30 PM on A Tuesday, and was not acknowledged at the drive thru. Saw an African American girl with orange short braids walking around on her phone. Went to the window, she still didn't acknowledge us. I went to the drive up menu, by this point at 8:50, and she still didn't acknowledge us. In fact, she walked outside, past my car, and back inside on her phone. This is now my second time at the window, now 8:58, not being acknowledged at all.If you can't do your job, leave. Would like corporates number, and the name of the manager please.

Disgusting ? I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, and a cherry coke it was definitely nasty . The burger was cold and so was the onion rings and the burger was not cooked fully. I wouldn’t feed this food to anyone. Also the same person taking the money was the same person cooking the food and didn’t change gloves. I threw my whole meal away. I will be calling corporate.

The food was terrible! I was so disappointed with my order. I ordered onion rings, chicken tenders and fries. The fries tasted as though they were cooked in old oil. All of the food was cold and difficult to chew, after tasting the food it went directly in the trash, what a waste of my time and money. I am not sure how they are ok serving people such horrible food. I will not be returning.

Ordered a large onion ring and was given this?… was not at all the regular big crunchy onion rings I was expecting. Different recipe? Person I believe was manger was nice enough to remake them but they still kind of came out the same way.

I would give zero stars if I could. I visited this sonic location just now and ordered treats for my entire family. Upon receiving my master shake, I tasted it and immediately gagged. Upon further inspection I realized that these people gave me a shake using rotten milk. The shake tasted and smelled sour and was curdled at the bottom. I would never spend another dollar at sonic and wouldn’t dare recommend this place to family or friends. Highly disappointed and extremely disgusted.

I and another woman put in a mobile order right after 7pm. We were there, both had the message that someone was coming, and 15 after receiving the message no one had come. We both walked up, knocked on the door and looked at the employee sitting on a counter visibly looking out the window we stood outside of. Ten plus minutes, later someone comes out asking if we had the redo for a meal. We both said no we'd been waiting for over half an hour for our orders and been told someone was coming out to us but that never happened. Five or so minutes later, another person came out and handed me my food and shake. The shake was basically milk. I pointed that out and she said her machines had been acting up all day. I curtly replied, no it's been sitting on that table while your coworkers sit on the counters flirting. The worker said I could try to redo it. I replied please do, just to amuse me.Rude, never got an apology, nada. Hopefully never going there again. Also as I sat outside in the car someone was smoking reefer, most likely an employee. Not an apatizing smell.

At this point this location needs to close permanently. The owner and general manager obviously don’t dare stop hiring staff that don’t care or know of basic food handling. Often times this location serves old food cooked in old grease, spoiled food, everything here is awful and please save your automated response asking me to call or click a link to file a complaint..this is my complaint along with many others hopefully someone in management cares enough about this business to fix these issues otherwise we welcome new food business goodbye Sonic’s

I ordered 3 blasts and a milkshake. The staff forgot to do the 3rd blast. I reminded her and showed her the receipt. She said ok, but came back with a cup barely above half. The other 2 were fine. I'm not sure why she felt the need to cut that one almost in half. Overall, my kids were satisfied, and that's all that mattered.

Came here late at night to get some food. Sat in a booth with the button activated for 19 minutes before someone told me to go to the drive through. Went around to the drive through and sat at the mic for another 5 minutes with no one saying anything. Drove up to the window and the whole crew was standing around laughing. A young girl came to the window and asked what I needed. I said I would like to place an order and she apologized and said she would have people hey back to work.
