Occasionally stopped by this location to get a cheap pizza through the drive-through window. Pizza is okay for what you pay for it. Today was another experience and I will never consider Riverside again. Wife (elementary school teacher) made an online order for her classroom and another for field day. I arrived early and they confirmed they had my order but I was too early. I waited until it was time for pickup and they confirmed they were almost finished with my order. I waited longer and they told me they had given my order away accidently. Due to the length of time it would take to redo the order and coordination with the school's lunch period, I told them it was too late. Store manager Paul was a douche and would not give any information on how I could get a refund. Finally was able to get owner information (what store he was at) from the other worker. Contacted owner and was told that their online ordering system was inadequate and was the fault that my order was not received. Very poor store management and customer service at the Dacula store. Very poor planning - If you know you are going to be busy with all the schools ordering pizza, open earlier (you stated it would be a busy week). Online ordering system is inadequate when ordering outside of the working hours - major issue the owner doesn't seem to care to fix. I had to explain to two classrooms why they did not get pizza. This is a Title 1 elementary school - students were really looking forward to pizza and some skipped their lunch because they knew they were getting pizza. Pull it together Riverside!!
Good in a hurry inexpensive pizza .Take out ,friendly service .Just drop or call and order and pick up a quick pizza any day
Horrible workers. One was so rude on the phone and had a sissy attitude. The cooks are great, but customer service is horrible, it used to be my go-to spot but I can’t keep receiving bad customer service from here.
The pizza was so good alot of toppings crust was soft. Antipasto salad was delicious. Guys were so nice also
GREAT $5 PIZZA!!! The pep and cheese is very very good for the price. Why get lil Caesars when you can get riverside. My only complaint is it does take a little too long. But that is due to the demand.

Normally this location is Spot On, but not now.. multiple issues. They've changed their closing time from 10p to 9p, fine. They don't have means to pay over the phone so my son could pick it up, so I had to rush there to pick up 2 Pepperoni pizzas before they closed, I had under 10 min since I expected to be able to pay over the phone. Got there, picked up my 2 Pepperoni pizzas, got home and discovered they sold me 2 Cheese pizzas and of course it's too late to run back up there to switch them out. Last thing I would ever buy is a solitary cheese pizza, I'm not 6 years old. Guess its back to taking a peek at the pizza to make sure it's as it should be. Be aware people, not trusting like I was. I'll own that.
Their food and prep speed is pretty goodBetter than beforeBut when you order thru driveway their receipt now asking for a tip which letting u know its 20% already calculated for customer dose everybody pays tip on drive thru or pick up at the shop ?
We have grown to love eating the cheese bread here. Most often it does not make it out of the car because we eat it on the way home. The wings are always done crispy like I want them!
Pizzas good if you’re okay dealing with extremely rude management.
