Ordered delivery to take a night off from cooking however that was an expensive mistake … pizza was raw and some without ingredients ordered … tried calling store to resolve …?didn’t answer or call back… needless to say that wasn’t the relaxing evening I had been hoping for .. now I have boxes of raw pizza . Didn’t taste good either . Disappointing

My recent order from Pizza Hut was disappointing. The pizza was spoiled. It taste and smell terrible. I understand it was after the holidays but it just unacceptable to sell such a bad pizza to customers.
Closed the restaurant before handing us our meal which we had pre-ordered. We had a family of 6 to feed. When we called to pick up our order, the manager mentioned that they threw everything out and wouldn’t give us our food for pick up. No one called us to inform us about our order being readied or even an information not to come as they threw our food out. We had to arrive at the kerbside to be told this. Seriously disappointed. Wished we could give it a 0/5 points.
I'm telling you if there was a 10 I would give it. This team is AMAZING &PROFESSIONAL& KIND . The food is always hot and so good. I've used.for personal and for my work of orders to feed 150 people. It's always on time and delicious. I very much HIGHLY recommend . AMAZING MANAGER AND STAFF !!!
It took the pizza 1 1/2 hrs to get here. I was cold the chicken was gross. Customer service was great. It was late cold and felt like it needed to be cooked more. I understand not Everytime can be perfect
DONT SAVE YOUR POINTS THEY ARE POINTLESS!!!!!!Pretty pathetic you can no longer order a "deal" that is posted with other food and use your hut rewards. Horrible attempt to make you spend more money after you have already accrued points to use. Been faithful to pizza hut since we moved to the area over two years ago. Looks like papa John's tonight. Will stop ordering for pizza hut altogether, Congrats you lost a customer.
I asked for a pizza to be crispy and cut into squares. Neither of those happened. I had already paid before the pizza was finished. When I picked up the pizza I asked for crushed red pepper and some parm cheese. The gentleman at the counter said each pack was .99 cents. Seemed a bit much for a few bites of crushed red pepper.
I've gotten pizza delivered from here several times but apparently they have changed their delivery are and I'm now .1 mile out of their delivery zone. I live literally 8 minutes away and don't have access to a car all the time so now I can't even get pizza on the nights where I literally have no other option.
