Took my girls today and we all really enjoyed it! the staff was so friendly, the facility was very clean, the drinks were carefully crafted & delicious! definitely our new go to tea spot.
So happy to have Bubble Tea in Flowery Branch! Great menu -- lots of choices. Prices are in line with other places, everything tastes so fresh! And everyone working is so nice! Highly recommend!
Great cute shop - great staff very patient and great suggestions , loved the cream brûlée boba !! Strawberry matcha was great too! We will be back
I’m normally pleased with my visits to this location. But on Sunday, May 1st, 2022, I received horrible service and drinks. It’s was 9:30pm when we entered the shop. The shop closes at 10pm but the two employees were packing up the ingredients. I went in with two of my family members (my mom and sister) to redeem my birthday coupon. When we walked in we were not greeted. Which didn’t feel welcoming. It was completely silent. When it was time to order the drinks the employee were rude, extremely non-chalant. Almost felt rushed to hurry up, order, and leave. When we got the drinks we walked out and it was silent. They didn’t say have a nice day. I’ve worked at restaurants where I was tired and didn’t want customers coming in right before it was time to close the restaurant. But I’ve never treated a customer rudely. When we finally got our drinks.. they looked good. But once we left the parking lot and started drinking, it was watered down and lacked flavor. A complete waste!
Not a great taste. We have been to handful of bubble tea places but this taste is way off. My husband ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea and the strawberry boba tea. You can't properly mix the drink with the cup they have.
Such a cute little place. The staff is so sweet, and I said wow this place is so cute, and apparently this isn’t even the best one, so wow— shout out to Pearl’s Tea for having great ambience and great Tea. I got the Mango Jasmine Tea- 22oz with Rainbow Jelly, Aloe Vera, & Aloe Vera on top. It is so good. Definitely will be back for more options, and apparently they serve food too, which I found out AFTER I left :)
Horrible. Boba tastes disgusting, they add NO sugar or sweetness. It literally all tastes like toilet water. Employees are rude & argumentative too when you tell them the drink is awful. They added sugar & my drink was still the most bitter thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. I asked for my money back & they still made me wait for like 20 minutes
I absolutely love this place! I was so happy to find a new tea shop in the area. I was here 01/13/2022 in the afternoon. It's beautiful inside, the staff is super nice and the drinks are great! I usually prefer less sugar, and the very nice barista offered for me to taste test the sugar level which I've never been offered at a tea shop before and I greatly appreciate. Definitely recommending this place to my friends! Thank you!
Everything was going great until you drink the boba tea. Ordered about a dozen for my family. When I got home and drink it, it was all plain. They didn't add any sugar. Worst tasting boba tea ever.
This is by far the BEST boba place I have ever been to! The Drinks are outstanding, the staff is at the top of their game, and the café is just so adorable! I love this place so much and I will be going back on a daily basis ??
