I wish I could give this ZERO stars…. I just went in with my husband… first off the food was just bland… and he FELL by the soda machine. He is fine besides hurting his knees and hand knuckles but… … After having to tell them TWICE that he fell and that there was soda all over the floor…. there was NO compassion or care from the staff.. All the girl had to say was… “ well we can’t do anything about that, the machine is leaking”.. WHAT!!!? So customers can fall and hurt themselves and all you have to say is you can’t do anything about a Leaking machine in YOUR establishment!!! Shameful!!! I I don’t know who’s training these people but they need to step it up… ugh…

My review is based on the restaurant and staff. This location is falling apart. The doors are so hard to open, the ceiling is always leaking. Half the time there’s a trail of water leaking on floor and they just rope it off. You’re literally walking around it. The whole location needs a fresh coat of paint and maybe the crumbling floor needs to be replaced. The ladies working there are a whole experience. They give weird looks, they’re unfriendly and half the time they aren’t even speaking English at all. The majority of the time it’s just attitude, but I try to be polite to them. I frequent often and each time wish I could go somewhere else.
The staff at this location is consistent, works hard, and is very pleasant. The food is always fresh. I appreciate how hard they work and their reliability in preparing fresh food. Thank you.
This is my Favorite Moe's to visit. The ladies seem close here and the store is always Soo clean!!! Not many places I feel comfortable visiting since COVID, but they have not let me down!
Nice ladies working when I went. Food was good. Queso is always my favorite. The place inside could use a little sprucing up but rgw food was good which is what counts.
We stopped going here because they were shortening the portions. We waited about ALMOST A year to return in hope they’ve gotten better. (Please keep in mind my husband and I were frequent customers and even the staff would know us and speak to us) BUT when we decided to go back (because Buford Drive’s location has closes early) we really had the most unpleasant visit. My husband knows the last serving him and here come the owner of this location standing over the lady serving my husband (portion control observation) and as soon as my husband asks for Tofu this woman had the nerves to reply with “no chicken? Next time you’ll be eating plastic!) he tried explaining to her STILL that we’re vegetarian and prefer this route. She still had the nerve to make comments after that. This place is trash because the owner is trash and has a trashy attitude. Walk in an you’ll see the Aura isn’t a welcoming vibe. To the franchise owner- I hope you’re making good money and if you’re not read all these comments. No one but yourself is dragging this location down.
Meh. It was ok
I arrive there at 8:30 pm trying to enjoy a meal with my sister who I never get to share a meal with; however, this restaurant turned me away even though a customer was just leaving with his order. They close at 9pm. No wonder this place is deserted.
If you read the reviews they are all correct. We eat Moes a lot. This location is terrible. They give you about half of the portion sizes of other locations and if you ask for more they actually say no or charge you more. We made the decision we will not be going back to this location. Try Bravos in Buford 100 x better food and service at the same price point.
