Well Maintained, yummylicious Spread, great option for sugar-free dessert. Vaishali J Patel has been very generous and sincere with her service. Can't wait to have my NSA strawberry flavor. My kid loves all the flavors out here.
Absolutely the best customer service! We ordered several frozen yogurt cakes from this location and they are alway made well with fresh ingredients and in a very timely manner. I take my kids 2-3 times a week for a treat and we are always met with smiles. The staff is kind and gracious and the machines are always clean.
I ordered a cake (a bit late in my part) but the person on the phone was nice and later the manager contacted me about time frame/options.They did a great job on the cake, and were so helpful in getting it right. I can’t post a photo because we haven’t given it to the birthday recipient yet, lol. Will definitely order again- thanks HM Menchie’s!!!
I purchased a frozen yogurt cake for my husband's birthday, and it was delightful! I didn't have time to order a cake in advance, so I went to the store and they had plenty of options to choose from. The cake was beautifully decorated, unique, and delicious. I'll be back to get another cake for the next birthday!
We had an amazing experience at Menchie's in Dacula! We ordered a froyo cake for my little one's birthday and they went above and beyond with communication, customer service, and the beautiful cake that greatly exceeded expectations. The moms at the party all wanted to know where we got it, and the kids had no idea the froyo was sugar free. We knew because they were calm and not on a sugar high after cake. It was amazing!
The frozen yogurt is great with all the toppings. What i disliked was the attitude of staff on friday night. We were inside at 8 15. They were supposed to close at 9. But they had already stacked chairs and we were not able to sit. It wss 30 degrees outside and thet asked us to sit out. We requested to unstack the chairs and sit inside because it was cold outside and we were inside 45 minutes before closing. They said no. That they have cleaned already. We ended up sitting in the car but it was the most unpleasant experience we had. Not going back because pf the way we as customers were treated.
They did a great job on my son’s birthday cake. It was exactly what we wanted and tasted fantastic!
My kids and I love e this place. We go 2 to 3 times a week.Owner contacted me and issue will be hopefully fixed.
I like menchies a lot but this location CAN DO BETTER JOB WITH CLEANING THE PLACE THE ONE IN BETHLEHEM WAS ALWAYS NEAT..CORPORATE DO SOMETHING
My daughter and I were enjoying our amazing frozen yogurt until a wavy black hair surfaced in my whipped cream. My frozen treat went from ? to ?. I will never again top my frozen yogurt with whipped cream from Menchie's.
