Secondly, it was an extremely long wait and when we finally did receive our order, 2 of the items were incorrect. However, the service was friendly and the items that we did receive were quite tasty. When handling someone’s ice cream cone, please hold the actual covered handle next time. Both employees I watched had their hands covering the edible part of my ice cream cone and I couldn’t even eat it like I normally would.
ALWAYS friendly! Food is cooked to order (upon request), and the employees do it without attitude. Their score is often 100 or close to it! I pass several McDonald's to come to this one because they never disappoint!?
Every time I go to this McDonald’s my pancakes are ALWAYS cold I have to turn around And have them give me hot cakes not cold cakes it’s very inconveniencing when I stop on my way to work and end up arriving at work later than I anticipate I hate this McDonald’s so much they need new staff and they only care about drive through line u will wait 15 to 20 minutes before someone help u on the inside and don’t nobody be on the inside no line
McDonalds is a great overall restaurant for people who want to save money and want an endless amount of good quality food for the price they are paying. Although, the service and quality of the restaurant could be better, Id rather just go through drive threw anyways for a restaurant like McDonalds. Overall, McDonalds is the best all-around restaurant that offers a wide range of food for your every need and convenience to anybody’s liking. It is a wonderful restaurant based on its quality of food, customer service, location and cost efficiency.The quality of McDonalds has always been top tier, compared to all the other fast-food restaurants like burger king, Wendy’s and Zaxby’s . McDonalds has always dominated the space of upkeep within the facility and quality of the food consistently being hot and ready for consumption. Every time you step in the tables are nice and upkept the floor is polished and mop and most importantly the bathroom is always clean-smelling fresh every time you step into it.The Customer service of McDonalds is absolutely fantastic. The employees of the building all give great and consistent service with your order. They always tend to be patient and open minded about the things I could get on the menu, offering me discounts and more when I’m either in the drive thru or inside the actual building. The employees always keep the drive thru moving at a very well managed pace so that its not to long nor to short in your drive thru experience.The timing of the McDonalds in terms of how fast you can get your food is unfortunately sometimes inconsistent. Due to how amazing the food is, a lot of people come to the McDonalds by Hamilton mill because of that exact reason. Depending on the time, like for instance in the morning the lines can be pretty hectic because people are on their way to work getting the morning meals from McDonalds, I personally love to go in the afternoon time usually around 1-2 pm, but even still the McDonalds can still be very much crowed, and it can be frustrating at times, but, if you have patience, it shouldn’t be a huge problem.The Cost at McDonalds is a big plus for everyone who goes, McDonalds is super cost effective. Almost every meal on the menu is under 10-12 dollars is awesome, it saves a lot of money and because of quickly you can order your food it saves time as well it is an awesome investment to make if you are hungry and want something quick and cost efficient.In conclusion, this McDonalds is one of the best restaurants to go to if you're looking for something cheap, cost effective, high quality and with good service MDs is the place to be. The Interior is vibrant, the workers are amazing the food is great, what more can you ask for, overall great experience to enjoy for yourself and the family as a whole.

Hours on door listed 24/7. Not so. And the app isn't current. It says that curbside order isn't available on the app. But gives inside pickup as an option. So we picked inside pickup. Only to find the doors locked and a 20 car line was the only option. Not happy. If you don't have the staff to cover the shifts to offer the service, fine. But if they don't, they NEED TO UPDATE IT IN THE APP to show that inside pickup is not an option.
I wish I could rate a zero because that’s what this location deserves. My daughter went inside to order since only 1 line was open in drive thru & it was way too long. She waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger & fries.I told her to get a refund & she said nobody would even come to the counter. Absolutely no excuse for this if they can’t handle waiting on people they shouldn’t be open.
The line moved quickly and the food at this location is much better than average. I received all of the extra sauces I ordered! Only suggestion is I have is for them to make smaller batches of fries so that they are going out fresher with each order cuz, c'mon, that is the best part!
