I never go to this location. The staff is so lazy and horrible. The dinning room doors where locked at 7:40pm on a Sunday when on the doors the hours say it closes at 11:00pm on Sunday. Seems to me like the coworkers or shift manager is to lazy to serve customers in the dinning room. I saw one person sitting inside of the dinning room. I knocked and tried both doors and it was locked. And a crew member walking out had the audacity to say the dinning room was closed. For someone who is not in a vehicle this is extremely inconvenient and not fair.
The staff working on June 20, 2022 @ 10pm were an absolute joke. The longest wait in a drive thru only to be meet with attitude and incompetence. My order was wrong and i only found out after they gave me someone elses food. They sold me items that were not in stock and tried to offer me substitutions instead of a refund. They had me pull forward to wait an additional 10 minutes just for 4 items of food i ordered... People just started leaving the drive thru rather than waiting. Worst service I've had in a while...
Ordered 6 mcdoubles ketchup only and 1 medium fry, never got food. Order was right on menu board, got to first window and it was completely wrong. Manager fixed it, pulled to second window and guy immediately tells me to pull to 3rd window as they are making it. Sat at the 3rd window forever and watched car after car behind me get their food so I went inside. Guy inside tells me they are making my food and then I proceed to watch him go to the register and enter my items. How were they making it if he had to enter it again, don't lie to customers when you are going to do something Infront of us, specially fat guys who are hungry for some McDonald's. Got a refund and left with no food and will not be back. This McDonald's has gone down in the last month. DO BETTER MCDONALD'S. Saw other people behind me getting the wrong items and having to wait as well while waiting for my food that I never was going to get. If I had not went I would be sitting at the 3rd window till they closed as obviously my order was not even entered or they gave it to someone else.
Even with both lanes open, moved a bit slow for a fast food experience. But overall... Clean, friendly, & no problems with my meal ??
You should let people know or put somewhere that you don’t accept curbside orders past 10 pm. Waiting for 30+ minutes and no food. Now have to wait another 15+ minutes for food to be made. Get your nightshift in check. And let them now that you can hear EVERYTHING when the window is left open.
Absolutely horrible location. The staff is careless and on my visit there yesterday, my burgers were so raw inside I was surprised they didn't try and walk right out of the box they were in.
It is what it is!! Fast food!!! Staff were nice and order was correct....can you really ask for more than that???
Thumbs up to this young crew who showed up to work tonight. Even trough the stress of being short of staff they are working hard with a smile on their faces ???
Very bad experience at the Dacula McDonald's. While standing in line with other customers to place our orders, several Dacula High School students came into McDonald's and were given free cookies and drinks by the employees. Just after placing my order for several sausage biscuits, the Dacula High School students left McDonald's. When I got home with my sausage biscuits, the biscuits were hard as a rock and uneatable. All I had to eat for breakfast was the sausage without the biscuit. This is what happens when McDonald's hires irresponsible High School children to do an adult job. I will never buy anything from the Dacula McDonald's ever again.
The food is consistently hot & fresh at this location. The service could be a little better sometimes, but it's usually good.
