I accidentally ordered from this location(usually go to Hamilton mill) This is the slowest, most disorganized place in the world. I arrived to pick up my online order, which is supposed to be pretty seamless since they now have the pizza ovens. It was not because the exterior door was locked and I along with several other confused customers were outside looking in. Even more ridiculous, is the fact that the employees actually look at your confusion through the glass as you tug on the door! If i hadn't paid online, i would have just left.. I then went to the drive thru, and was given a cold pizza after 10 additional minutes of waiting. Needless to say, I will not be back. Hot and ready? Not that day...sheesh.

I’ve lived in the Dacula area for many years & my kids love the cheesy bread from this Little Caesars but every time without fail there is some incident here. I’m very patient & this is probably the fourth experience, almost textbook, that I’ve had here. As I write this there are 4 families inside & 5 cars in the drive thru. It seems they just don’t have enough personnel or don’t care about there customers experience. Last time I was here it was 40 minutes for a cheese pizza - at present I’m 2nd in line & we’ve been here for 25 minutes & the truck in front has there engine turned off. If I could get out of line I would be unfortunately I’m stuck. This is a little ridiculous to say the least. To the owner of the franchise - can we please get something done ? If you want some help on process flow, analytics, demand analysis - I’ll help - being serious. But please get this streamlined.

The person who was ahead was attended to about 25 minutes later. Then, they saw me and ignored me. After a while, a woman who looked like the manager showed up and treated me well, but I had to clean the credit card because she left it full of grease. but she was the nice one, the others just ignore the people going through the window.

I used to work at this very location when it first opened in 2009 and today I was feeling quite nostalgic and decided to swing by to satisfy my craving for pizza and Italian Cheese Bread. There was one car waiting in the drive thru when I arrived and I had ordered through the app for it to be ready in the pizza portal. I had arrived before the time my pizza was ready and was greeted and helped by two young employees. I understand that since the pandemic a lot of restaurants who had 'build to' guides from the previous years sales records are now making everything to order in order to prevent waste or customer complaints but thee are a lot of customers that do not understand this concept and thus so complain about long wait times. I explained to Brooke, one of the employees that helped me, that I previously worked there fo years and understood the wait time and thanked her for making sure she got the order to me. I'm glad to see that the store is still doing well under the new ownership and I believe that Brooke deserves to be recognized for great customer service (and quite possibly a raise). I'll be making sure to stop by more frequently for my ICB fix.

What is the point of having an application where you can place an order for a pickup at a later time? Placed order for a 6:45pm pick-up. Walked in at 6:50 and it was not ready. They didn't even start the order till I walked in. I can see it taking a few extra minutes if they were busy, but that is not the case. Little Caesars used to be a great product for the price, but not any more.

This place is horrible and has been for years. I got a hot n ready pizza that wasn't cut all the way through and was really hard and stuck to the cardboard. The crazy breadsticks were raw and not cut just rolled up and put in a bag haha. I'm not even mad because it's so cheap but why not just do it right if you have the means to. I've had a bad experience everytime I've ever gone there in the past 3 years.

It's a waste of time placing an order through the app because it won't be ready anywhere close to the expected time.

Caesar’s! Come on! 45 minute wait for pizza ordered on the app. Drive through line is always long. & only ever receive messed up orders every single time. Please hire anyone besides a bunch of kids who could care less about being there!

I know due to the pandemic, they are short staffed, but I ordered online had a time to pick up and still had to wait over an hour plus.. had I not pre-ordered and food was already paid for, I would have left..

Never got my food or my money back after waiting over an hr and jumpstarting the lady next to me whose battery died while waiting on het pizza I headed home
