I used to like going here but their service is getting really bad the last three times that I've been to this store they have messed up on my tacos orders and I live too far to come all the way back so there not really my favorite spot to pick anymore to take food home to the fam get your act together people pay attention to the orders stop giving me other people's orders
Worst service. The people who work here has no courtesy and very rude. Don’t expect any help. Try some other locations. Very unhygienic atmosphere
Always great service here and the foods always really good , been coming to this location for years since it first opened gonna keep on coming back when I'm in the area.
Worst service I've ever had. Line was backed up. They forgot 3 items I ordered. And the two ladies at the window where dancing around and using vulgar language withe drive-thru window open
I was served COLD HARD DRY OLD chicken strips and old dry hot cole slaw. After we waited over 30 minutes for this mess?? I will be calling corporate and taking the whole box back up to the location tomorrow and demanding a REFUND. This is the worst ever. After I get my refund, I plan to NEVER go to this nasty place again.
Once we waited in line for a very long time , when we got to the window to order they were out of chicken. We had to get tacos and we have a abundance of tacos now because the food that we had ti wait so long for the people we were bringing it home to had to go on to work. Spent way to much money. Would really like to get a response from management to make this right.
This location to say the less is very ghetto when the young lady comes on the speaker she says hello no welcome to KFC when ibplaced my order I asked her was she going to ask me what sides did I want she responded oh yea what sides you want date12/11/21 ...time 4:02 order number 388381
Please please dont go here...The wait in drive thru is too long and the food is SUPER COLD. No customer service at all.. Unprofessional and dirty!! The food is horrible here!!
Serve hot fresh chicken instead of cold hard old chicken which has been sitting for hours im sure. Hot cole slaw with no dressing in it and spelled spoiled. The KFC on Dacula Rd is the WORST one ive ever been too. The drive thru is too slow and u can see/hear the kids playing inside. I am going back tomorrow for a REFUND. Chicken was disgusting and inedible.
Check your order! Only drive-thru is open. 30 minutes in line. Ordered a 8 piece meal. Received 1 breast, 3 Thighs 2 chicken wings. 2 large sides which I think was supposed to make up for the 2 missing drum sticks...?
