Very disappointing experience at this location. I will not be back!! When I placed my order for 2 slices of pizzas I requested they be heated lightly as I have had several occasions in which the pizzas were overcooked. The bottom and crust had been black! When the order was picked up it was burned and they refused to remake the order and when I requested a refund for my full order I was given a hard time. The cashier extremely rude! Another customer saw our food and they agreed it was burned commenting that we'd taste the burned pizza for a week!
How to lose a new potential customer, sad. Just moved to the area and thought we’d give it a try. It was 9pm and our mouth was watering as we saw a plate of pasta leave the kitchen and was served to a gentleman who was sitting alone. We were anxious to order and sit down. Unfortunately we were told that we could NOT ‘dine in’ because they were closing soon…. There was only 2 of us…. It was 9pm… they close at 10pm… if we were a large party taking up multiple booths I would almost understand….. ended up going elsewhere… will never be back, great job Italian Pie in Dacula.
We have eaten at multiple Italian pie locations and the Dacula location definitely does not compare in food quality and service to the other locations. It is the same owner, Which leads me to believe it is a personnel issue.
I've been coming here for about a year now. I'm not sure what has happened lately but the service has gone down hill real fast. The food is great, always has been, but if you plan on dining in, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait some more. The last few times I've gone, I waitedon average an hour to get just a small pizza. Appetizers are at least 30 minutes. If you've got the time and patience, it may be worth it to you, but for a small, local pizza place, the wait is ridiculous.
Ordered through uber eats but when the driver arrived, she said that they had just called and said they forgot something in my order, my pizza. After ordering shrimp alfredo, fish n wings, and pizza, only the first two arrived. Clueless… I won’t order from here again.
The staff doesn't say "thank you" to any of the customers. Not when ordering, paying, or leaving. The pineapple topping was tasteless, not fresh at all. The salad and the cheese pizza were good. Hope they get better with their ingredients and much better with customers service. I will give them another try. Let's see how it goes next time .
The place was pretty fast to get the food done from what it seemed like 2-3 workers.Wings were decent but its a Italian restaurant. Burgers were pretty good along with great MEAT lovers pizza!

Not sure what the muti star people ordered but I got burnt crust with almost no cheese and a stale cookie. Was like cardboard with olives. We won't be back.
I genuinely love Italian Pie, I haven’t had any other pizza place ever since trying it, their food is honestly 10/10.But whoever they got running the front is pretty incompetent. She forgot to hand the DoorDash driver my pizza & then the girl who was answering phones copped major attitude knowing she messed up & wouldn’t remake my pizza.So not only was my pizza delivered nearly an hour after the first half of my order, but it arrived cold & stale. Super disappointed in the customer service after they messed up.
