I have never had such poor service at Friends. At least 30 mins to get drinks, then maybe 45 mins additional for food. Our appetizer was delivered at the end of the meal. Maybe Joshua was new? Not sure but if so, he needs more training. He did ask the kids if they wanted "to-go" drinks, so, they weren't coming straight in the door at home looking for a glass. I have never had a complaint at Friends and was super disappointed. :(
This is a great family friendly place! I totally recommend the pimento as well as server Emily M. She hooked us up!!! Great place, good food and even better vibes!!!
Burgers and wings were on point. PBJ burger was REALLY good. Good appetizer selection too. Excellent and attentive staff. Good beer selection.
First time at Friends Dacula Grill. Had Lemon Pepper Wings that were AWESOME! Would like to request more celery sticks. I love celery w/ranch dressing. Great staff too!
Ill-mannered manager Ken. The way this manager gets means and treats his staff is unbearable. He behaved like an angry drunk person would behave. You would think he owns the place. Although the food was good I cannot support a manager that doesn't know how to motivate and treat young servers. Lemon pepper hot wings were great and so were the bada bang shrimp. Good selection of food and a good sports bar environment. Old Fountain grill is a better option for us now. 2 stars for the food
I really enjoyed my meal there. This is one of those good hometown places. The food is good and they make you feel at home
The food here did not disappoint us at all. Everything tasted amazing. The wait staff was great and very attentive. The place was very clean. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be loyal customers based on our experience.
I had a craving for their Fourth of July burger for several days, and finally caved in. When I went to pick it up, the bartender was a super happy person and helping everyone else to have a great time. I loved the conversation I had with him. It made me smile more than once. The burger was delicious.
My husband and I visited this location on Wednesday and had a FANTASTIC time! We sat at the bar and Issa, Adam, and Cedric were great! The new blonde Manager was the sweetest thing. Great conversation! She made sure everyone was taken care of. We will definitely be back to see her and the gang! True professionals!
If you order to go, you obviously need to tell them you wish to have your hamburger cooked. Just FYI ?
