Hamburger Burgers Fast Food

I ordered a double cheeseburger with a lettuce wrap ( i have gluten intolerence) and a regular fry through grubhub. (It was pretty expensive because of grubhub fees.) I did not recieve my fries and my burger wasnt even wrapped in lettuce. It was just 2 pieces of lettuce. It was so hard to eat. Just kind of disappointed cause this location is really great.

Definitely good burgers and amazing fries. If you like fries, be prepared, the box is just a suggestion to them they pour more fries in you bag on top. Plus, the fries are fresh cut with the proof right there in the dining room in the 50 pound bags of potatoes.

son deliciosas las hamburguesas y las papas deliii, super recomendado este lugar

Not worth the price. We bought 2 bacon cheese burgers and 2 large fries ( which they say are for 4 people not even close) no drinks and spent $50.00.Will NOT be recommending nor returning

Long story short: Let’s start a petition to excommunicate Shaheem from Five Guys. Long story long: I went into the Five Guys at Hamilton Mill in Dacula with my boyfriend to enjoy a meal at Five Guys, as always. We ordered our burgers and fries - I ordered a burger with everything they offer for toppings except grilled mushrooms and grilled onions. Everything. Everything including “All the way”. We then picked them up when our numbers were called. My order was wrong. No problem! I walked up to the counter to notify someone. The nice young man I talked to told me he would fix it. I tried to hand the man the incorrect burger, but he wouldn’t take it. I sat back down after handing him my ticket. My boyfriend asked if I was just going to waste the burger and, famished, I said no and began to eat the wrong burger. Next thing I know, Shaheem (the manager) comes to my table LIVID that I am eating the wrong burger and tells me my order was not wrong. I am a very shy and introverted person, so I let Shaheem bully me into thinking I was in the wrong. It was extremely confrontational and belittling. I apologized to Shaheem and told Shaheem I would just settle for the wrong burger. I honestly felt like crying. I continued to eat my wrong order when a nice lady (that I am very thankful for) told me the manager was wrong to talk to me like that and that whole situation was handled horrendously on the manager’s part. She encouraged me to speak up, so I gained the courage and walked back up there with my boyfriend by my side. I gained Shaheem’s attention and told Shaheem that the customers around me were complaining about how Shaheem yelled at me, as it was very loud, rude, obnoxious, and hard to ignore as a bystander. I feel bad for the people in the restaurant that had to witness Shaheem’s horrible customer service and all around terrible human decency. Shaheem told me I ordered “All the way” with no grilled mushroom or grilled onions (I did not order “All the way”). I showed Shaheem my burger that included grilled mushrooms and no tomatoes. This is when the reckless and uncontrollable anger really began to set in for Shaheem because Shaheem realized my order was indeed wrong. Shaheem walked me to the menu and explained the menu to me like I was a child. At this point, I knew there was no reasoning with Shaheem. Shaheem ripped out a paper and pen and asked me what I wanted on the new burger Shaheem was probably going to spit in. I listed every individual topping. Shaheem brought the burger to me and said her farewells. I looked at the new burger and … (drum roll please!) It was wrong. Again. DO NOT go to Five Guys in Dacula at Hamilton Mill. There is a way better Five Guys at the Mall of Georgia with no Shaheem. It’s worse going a little bit further to avoid getting screamed at in the middle of a crowded restaurant for something that was not your fault. I’m going to do my best to keep people from going to this Hamilton Mill in Dacula location until Shaheem goes wherever all the worst managers go. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, Shaheem is not cut out for a managerial position.

Shaheem, the manager, is the absolute worst.

The burgers here are definitely a step above the typical fast food joint like McDonald's or Burger King. However, what we actually like the best are their fries. The fries here are truly spectacular. Fried in peanut oil, they have much more of a rustic, hearty feel to them, versus say McDonald's fries. The burgers are good, however, we thought the meat was a tad under seasoned. It is very heavy (950 calories on the regular fries and 840 calories on their regular burger), so if you are watching your weight, this meal is probably not one to indulge in too often. The price is probably what keeps us from eating here much. Even with our love for their fries, it's hard to justify spending $60 just on burgers and fries (no drinks) for a family of four. Last time we checked, it's $9.59 for a regular burger (no cheese) and $5.69 for regular fries.

I had never eaten here but my in-laws raved about how good the burgers and fries are. I drove over and ordered at 6:20 PM. 4 burgers and 4 fries. They have a pretty easy set up for making the burgers. The cashier calls out how many hamburger patties they need and they start those on the grill and the people adding the veggies and sauces assembled the buns on the wrapper and wait for the meat to be added to wrap it up. Then they put numbers on them so everyone gets the burger according to the ordering sequence. They bag each burger in separate bags and put the fries on top. Lots of homemade fries. So when they call my order number I picked up my 4 bags and carried them out, drive home and put them on the table according to the way I ordered them with the numbers. Should have been no problem but only 1 out of the 4 were right. I called the store and got the standard "well it was busy and they must have gotten mixed up" answer, which as I explained shouldn't happen! Then She took my number and told me the district manager would be calling me back about the issue. Never heard a thing. I drove 20 minutes and waited 40 minutes and drove back home 20 minutes to no get dinner. Never again. Don't go here if their busy apparently because even with their simple procedure the employees can't get it right and this wasn't a too few employees problem because 5 or 6 people were working.

Food is always good. Burgers are great and a regular fry is huge . This store was absolutely clean from top to bottom and employees working hard. Prices are a bit high tho. A regular fry, reg drink & double cheeseburger shouldn't be $20.

Stopped going when they closed their dining rooms due to CVD19. My parents are visiting for the holidays and wanted a burger. Order at 353pm system, says 8 minutes…took 23 minutes. It was bad to wait for team member pour some hot fries over cold fries and have the rest of the order get cold, why we waited. Got some lip while waiting from apparent manager, “I don’t fry”, ignored us immediately after. Bottom line: slow service, ok food, no shakes and some attitude…2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 1 HD and 1 grilled cheese $45 (no drinks/no extras)…can’t see the value in this equation.
