One packet of hot sauce per sandwich? What a joke. Go elsewhere, surprised they didn't charge for napkins.After eating the meal: bread was horribly stale and dry. Driest and least flavorful firehouse sandwich I've *ever* had.

Definetly won't be back. All the customizations on my subs were ignored. No extra pickles, instead of extra mayo I got no mayo, no oil and vinegar, no green bell peppers, no lettuce. I have a gluten allergy, so I ordered gluten free bread and was avoiding specific items, but I was truly afraid to eat the sub after all the mistakes. Thankfully the bread was gluten free, but the sandwich was so sweet for some reason. Definetly not what I would expect from an Italian sub. I could easily make a better sub at home, especially considering the high price, which is why I will not be returning.
Awful experience! Picked up three subs. Two were great, but one barely had any meat on it and was missing ingredients. We called to ask if we could get a credit and we were told by Dylan that we would have to “drive back up to show proof”! Having already battled Hamilton Mill traffic once and with the rest of the family already eating dinner, I decided that the incorrect sub would have to do. Extremely disappointed and we won’t be back!!!
Terrible service today. Placed my order and noticed two other groups waiting for their food. Three guys on the line “working”….one of them was laughing at cell phone and distracting the other employees. I asked for refund and to see the Manager. The guy playing and laughing WAS the Manager, so he said. This guy was also laughing that they made an order wrong that should have been gluten free. He said “oh well” but didn’t tell the customer.I will say the cashier was super nice but the 3 making sandwiches were just plain goofing off. I know I’m wasting my time writing this review but I feel that one star is too much for this place.
Too often even now the Freestyle doesn't always have my favorites. Coke Zero and lemonade.

Drove all the way here to order subs (7 in total, paid, with one free sub with coupon) because I had a coupon from t-mobile for one free. You only have seven minutes to redeem the coupon once you click on it, so I wasted mine.Was informed their franchisee didn't want to participate in the offer anymore. Will never eat here again, nor recommend them. Will also be calling corporate. Lost my business.
My order is always ready at the time promised, as we ordered. The employees are so kind and helpful when I come in. Grateful to have this shop in our neighborhood.
