I went to this Dunkin location this morning for the first time. I eat Dunkin every day and I’ve never had a problem until today. When I walked in I was not greeted and when I finally did get service I was told that I needed to order at a self ordering kiosk. The kiosk was extremely dirty the screen had fingerprints all over it when I told the employee that I did not feel comfortable touching this machine I was told that other customers do it with no problem and that I should not complain. I was told this by a young Indian man who is very combative. I let him know that he had horrible customer service and I will not be returning to this location. This is not the way that you treat your customers. I was told that if I come back I would need to clean the kiosk myself if I had a problem with how dirty it was. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and I refuse to touch a dirty machine just because your workers refuse to take my order on the register that is sitting right there open and free .
Terrible service. Rude people. Absolutely water forcoffee. I went and ordered a medium caramel andmocha coffee with no ice. They then gave me brownwater with 1 pump of syrup, no cream, and nosweetness. I then asked for it to be sweetened a littlemore and after they contemplated doing it and rollingtheir eyes they decided to take it back to the back andbring it back the exact same way. I then asked for a cup of ice and they wanted to charge me 32 cents for it. I have been going here for 3 years and this is the worst experience I've had yet. So if you wake up in themorning and say to yourself, I would like one of thenastiest coffees I will ever drink today, go to thisDunkin. I don't know if it was just today or just thisdrink, but it was terrible. Have a great day!
Went back a second time thinking first visit was a fluke. Ordered lattes with milk and Splenda, got BLACK REGULAR COFFEE, NO MILK WITH 1 SPLENDA FOR LARGE SIZE. At least only charged for coffes. Two visits, two botched orders! Two strikes I am done.... Also, not busy. I was the second of only TWO CARS there.
The WORST Dunkin Donuts. The drinks are never made correctly. They always taste water down, bitter and just overall horrible. They never want to provide you the receipt and they are extremely rude. WORST Dunkin Donuts.
Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 drinks, 2 out of the 3 are wrong and I don’t even have the energy or patience to go in and deal with it. The girl at the register also can’t even read and told me my total was $18.22 when it was $8.22. The other people working were walking around in the background laughing and playing. Perhaps some training is required for this location. AND listening to people ordering their drinks specific reasons for diet restriction purposes.
The young lady with brown hair and highlights was very sweet to me while I was ordering and she made sure I was satisfied with my drink, definitely coming back again!
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. On my way into a meeting I order 2 drinks. Both drinks were wrong but I had to get to my meeting. After it was done I called back and spoke to a Manager who said bring the drinks back and he would replace them. Because his employees only put a sticker on one of the drinks he would not replace both. I drove all the way back because he said he would fix it but when I got there he refused. Absolutely the worst customer service!!!!
Went to the drive thru and after noticed my Bagel I ordered was missing after coming back I was fat shammed by two of the girls one with braces who said was a manger and her friend who had food in between their teeth was recording and taking pictures it was very weird and odd especially lastly a woman with red hair comes to tell me of her many sick family members and that they will give me my food I paid for if I don't contact the store manager.. this is what happens when teenage girls don't get to work at Starbucks they go coco and yes will be speaking with the manager
I came through to buy a breakfast sandwich and asked for 2 packs of jelly. The cashier told me I could only have one per sandwich or pay 30 cents for another pack. I asked him to refund my money and take the sandwich back. At that point, he decided to shove another pack of jelly to me from the window. I told him I’m never going support their business again and he told me that’s fine and to have a nice day. Poor customer service!!!
I guess times must be getting hard for Dunkin’ in Dacula. They can’t even give you whole piece of chicken. What a shame!
