Placed an order for delivery a full hour and a half before deliveries stop. No message, just one missed call. I called back and they already automatically canceled the order. says they’re “too backed up.” For nearly 2 hours?? i’m willing to wait that long. I also tried to ask if i could pick it up instead, and he told me to place it again online. i tried to ask if my card would be charged twice if i did that and the guy immediately hung up on me. horrendous customer service.all of this to freeze up $32 in my account for a few days. nice. ?if you close at 1am, you should be able to place an order at 11:30pm. that’s absurd. completely ridiculous.i get that everyone is short staffed and covid cases are rising. it’s why my day was hard today and why i haven’t eaten yet. i’ve been going since 7am at my job. i’m getting home close to midnight. but you don’t treat the person on the other line apathetically like they don’t exist and like you aren’t messing with their income by frivolously bouncing back orders. You don’t hang up when they still have questions. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location either.have had one bounce back well before close because it’s “too busy” before a few months back. had another where they told me it’d take over 2 hours to deliver. i agreed to that, and it only took 20-30 minutes. ? so why are we repeatedly making an effort to drive away customers?i also work in food, and we don’t get to do that at my job. i’m tbh shocked that this repeated action and behavior is okay with company policy.
Ordered a pizza through the app and after waiting for over an hour called the store to see what's up. Said it would take another twenty minutes or more and I asked if I could just pick it up since I'm 8 minutes down the road and they said no I would have to reorder to get rid of the delivery fee.I just told them to cancel and I'll get some frozen pizza down the street. Waste of time

Horrible. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here it took between 2 and 3 hours to get my order. Not only that but the food has been sitting that long. Beware of this location. What a joke!

Well don't order here if you expect them to keep their H they cancelled my order multiple times way before they're supposed to be closed. And they don't care to make up for it either they just cancel it and it's up to you to find somewhere else so don't look at the store hours if you want to know what time they're open. Cuz it's a lie. They close when they want to a lot
Tristan clearly has poor work ethics of the quality of pizzas he makes for customers. He clearly does not care when a customer pays $20 for this cardboard pizza with lack of sauce at 12:00am. On top of that I paid for a delivery fee and a $6 tip, i tried to at least give a decent tip for the delivery but Instead I ended up driving to pick up the pizza because I get a call from Tristan saying there is a 4 hr delivery wait time. My total came out to close to $50 and this is the poor service and food I receive. Avoid this pizza nightmare and save your money.
If I could give a 0 star, I would. Tried to order 3 occasions so far. No luck. Change the hours on website...says open until 12:30am yet young lady called and said they close in 5 minutes (10pm Sat) & no delivery available. App is horrible. Must be tough find good apps too.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!This Dominos is really understaffed, which is understandable as to slow service. But what is NOT acceptable is me calling to CANCEL my order and confirming with the rep over the phone that it has been canceled. Only for me to find out that they did not cancel it and still delivered the pizza 2 hours from when I ordered it. We had declined taking the order when it was delivered because I had canceled it. My card was still ran through their system and they have not refunded my money.I was on hold with the Corporate Office for 2 hours for them to tell me that this store is a franchise and that i could only speak to the management there. I’ve called the store MULTIPLE times to try and get in contact with a manager there, but no luck. I swear the manager is never in the store.Called the store only be put on hold again & im still waiting to speak to someone.UPDATE: i was able to get Britt, the manager, on the phone and she proceeded to inform me that she would have to check the system and gave me her contact information reach out to her on.UPDATE 1.18.22: The Manager gave me her contact information & i texted her my order information and have not received a response from her in 4 days. It has now been well over a week since a refund or cancellation has been made on my order from 1.9.22.UPDATE 1.23.22: I was able to get in contact with the male manager there. And he was able to refund me over the phone.
