The food is good. Everyone is nice.But there is a fundamental problem. I always text my husband our order (we do pickup via the app) because they always forget something or give the wrong thing.The other problem is they give the blizzards first and then the food may take forever to come out. I literally sent him with frozen lunch bags this time because they're so melty when he gets home...and we live like 3-5 minutes away (depending on traffic). He told me thank goodness I did this time, because they gave him the blizzards more than five minutes ago and now he's STILL waiting on food.
I love thier salads, this is about the only place left who makes a fresh salad to order. I have allergies to cheese and they will leave it off. Almost everywhere else says they are premade and can't remove the cheese.
Went for lunch on a Friday. Drive through was pleasant and friendly, kind of rare these days. The food was what I ordered and hot. Tasted good. Better than a normal drive through experience for this area. I hope they can keep it up.
I have never been so assaulted by a drive thru employee in my 32 years of life. Ordered a $7 burger meal with no ketchup. Pull up to the window and the girl hands me a drink with no lid on it spilling tea ALL OVER ME and my car. The girl then hands me 3 napkins and proceeds to hand me my card and bag of food. The bag had no burger in it. I had to ask for it. She then scrambles to get me a burger like I didn't just order one with no ketchup. Finally hands me one and tells me to have a good day. Well, she forgot the caramel sunday too. So after asking for almost every item individually included in my meal, soaked in sweet tea, I drive home only to find MY BURGER HAS KETCHUP ON IT. I am allergic to tomatoes and can't even eat the meal I just got assaulted for. I will NEVER be returning to this joke of an establishment or any dairy queen ever again. You've been warned.

The sweet you lady at the drive thru window gives marvelous consistent service with her spectacular smile! And how can you ever go wrong with a DQ Chocolate ice cream cone? The fish sandwich is great as well!
Great experience. We got two banana splits and they had so much ice cream in them we almost didn’t finish them. The owner was there and super nice. Would highly rec recommend this location.
I went through the drive through of this location earlier today to get a little treat for myself. I looked at the blizzard that they handed me after i reached the edge of the parking lot and realized that it was the wrong blizzard. I was really looking forward to my favorite blizzard so I went inside to try and get the one I ordered. I hand it to the person at the counter and they go into the back to try and find the one I ordered. The young lady at the drive through window says “Oh is that (blank)? I need that” and hands it out to the costumer there at the time. Don’t forget that that is the same blizzard that I had just tried and put the spoon back into! They gave that out! I’m a very healthy individual and wouldn’t have given anyone anything but what if that happens again and that person does have something? Very sweet costumer service and would attend again after a long week for that alone, but the owners need to lead a good example and run a good hygienic business! Definitely needs some fine tuning on the health end. The customer service is the only reason why I want to add a star on here.
Love Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. Delighted with this new location. Employees act like they really appreciate their service to the public.Hope leadership/management work hard to maintain an environment that inspires it workers and their development.
Busy for FREE cone day (3/21/22) but awesome service inside. Grabbed my oldest off the bus and headed over. Got the 2/$4 fries and pretzel with queso. Love the pretzels and the queso went better with the fries. Kids loved getting ice cream. 1st time here and we will be back. The spoons on the doors are so cute!
