The kids play area is not open for play and is now used as a storage unit. I asked when they thought the owner might open it and I was told they didn’t think he was going to reopen. ☹️☹️
This is the 4th time we have picked up a to-go order and a sandwich was left out. I am so tired of calling multiple times and nobody picking up the phone so that we can rectify the situation. Twice I have gone back to get sandwiches. I’m just so thrilled that it was “your pleasure” to get my order wrong, AGAIN.
This is such an amazing CFA!!! I love how quickly they got us through the line, the order accuracy is to the tea, and the service is amazing, so friendly! I work at a different CFA and everytime I'm at this one I want to transfer!! Because it's so well organized.? I can really tell that this Chick-fil-A cares about not only the guest, but they're own team members! Thank you for a refreshing experience!
For this location to be extremely slow you would hope that your food is hot and the order is correct. I'm over this location not getting the order right and the food being cold. This has happened on several occasions and it has happened yet again.If we return any time soon I will double check my order, but I shouldn't have to do that.
I really miss Chick Fila from the 90's when customers actually mattered. Now we get soggy fries and chicken thrown out a window and are expected to just pay for it. They should stop saying my pleasure if all they do is rush you and won't cook your food the way you want it. Truitt would have never allowed customers to be treated like this. No love and no God left at Chick Fila.
They barely fill your fries. Food is good. Wait time is much longer than other Chick-fil-A's I've been to. I'll just keep going to the Hamilton Mill CFA.
This was the 1st time in many years that I haven't had a good experience at Chick-fil-A. We went through the drive thru and felt rushed. The man who took our order kept asking us "anything else" right after we would say something. He just wasn't the cheerful type that you usually get with Chick-fil-A.In addition to that the food was cold and the meat on the sandwiches wasn't fresh. We don't live in the area, but we've made a note not to visit this Chick-fil-A again.
This place is always staffed with pleasant polite people who go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience! Food is always fresh and yummie. What is there not to like about it!!!
Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!
I love chic fil a and all… but this is the third time this has happen with my online order… I order a large fry and it is filled 1/3 of the way… I pay for a large and get a small…. They barley fill the container and then stuff it with napkins as if you won’t notice… absolutely ridiculous… do better please
