Very enjoyable sausage, bacon, and cheese pizzas paired with buffalo wings! The dough and crust were consistent throughout without any burned edges or bottoms. The buffalo wings were well cooked and packed with flavor. My family and I will definitely eat there again!

I have to say this is the closest pizza to a real Ny style pizza I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was great tasted fresh and was cheezy.Staff and cook were kind and polite and this was a take out order. I would have given this place 5 stars but I’ll wait to dine in first.

So the only reason I’m not giving anything below 5 stars is that I don’t believe a business should be judged by one unprofessional employee. I honestly love Caprese Pizza. I’m from Brooklyn and Caprese is the closest I’ve gotten to authentic NY pizza (Brooklyn pizza) in GA. I’m annoyed though because the service I received yesterday was not the best. I initially called to place my pick up order and spoke with a male employee but had to call back. He sounded nice and was helpful. When I called back, I spoke with a female employee who didn’t seem too pleased to be on the phone. I needed to place TWO separate orders and at the end of the call she gives me one total…(I’ve done this multiple times because we eat there at least once a month when we can). I said is that for both? She says “yes, when you get here if you want to pay separately I’ll just split it”….okay? I get there and there was no one at the register and someone who seemed to be a lead or manager (she was busy) asked an employee if she could take care of me because the other girl was in the bathroom. Nice girl proceeds to help and get my order, I tell her I needed to pay separate but she didn’t know how. The lead helps and I pay one order with a $100 bill. They didn’t have bigger bill change so she asked if $5 bills were okay! I said yes I understand. A girl employee comes out from where the bathrooms are and heads behind the register. Sees them counting my change and says “are we going to have enough for tips?”…I’m looking at her confused because what would they have done? Not give me my change because you don’t have enough for tips? It also sounds like the girl who answered the phone. The “lead” answers her I get my stuff and leave. I thought that was unprofessional to say in front of a customer. Anyways, my pizza made up for it! I appreciate the chef he’s always friendly! I recommend Caprese to my group members looking for NY pizza. I would hate for them to experience bad service.

Amazing food, NY style pizza. It’s hard to find a restaurant that makes pizza with anchovies and I couldn’t miss this chance so I ordered that and it was delicious.

The best thing was the free rolls. The pizza was edible with limited sauce and cheese. The toppings were ok but it wasn’t the way we like it. We will try it again at a later date and different time.

Not only the pizza is absolutely delicious but also super light! This is the only place where I usually order a medium pizza and eat EVERY single portion without feeling heavy! Chicken wings are top notch. Staff very friendly, will be returning.

We recently been to this Italian restaurant and l must say each and every item we ordered was too good and fresh, we ordered cheesy garlic bread, veg pizza, spinach ravioli and tomato soup, every item was heavenly tasty. We took away cheese pizza and garlic knots which we had next day and it was still fresh with same taste, overall a must try restaurant with great service.

I have come to Caprese many times over the years but I do not think I will be returning again! Last Friday, I witnessed the pizza maker behind the counter cough into his hands and continue making pizza without washing his hands at all!! To make matters worse, I then proceeded to watch him use those same hands to pick something off another person’s pizza and hand it off to one of the servers!! I was completely taken aback by the sheer lack of sanitation. While walking back to my table, I brought this issue up with one of the young ladies who worked at the restaurant, immediately asking who the manager was so I could let him know about this. To my ultimate surprise she pointed to the very same man making the pizzas, informing me that his name was Jay and he was in fact the OWNER of Caprese. I was disgusted to say the very least. I immediately grabbed my wife, paid our bill and left. We will not be returning. People like him are the reason others get very sick and it’s very concerning to me that Jay felt comfortable enough to cough into his hands and continue to make pizzas in full view of the other customers of his restaurant. It truly makes me wonder what he does when he thinks his customers are not looking. I do not normally leave reviews but I could not stay silent about such a lack of food hygiene and respect for customers. It’s truly the cherry on top that it was the owner of the restaurant doing this.

Apparently there are new owners....ordered 6 subs. I was very clear about a food allergy. The receipt imdicates the same and reads what I ordered however what I received is a whole other story. Italian sausage was super dry and overcooked. Told them absolutely no peppers but of course they are on the sub. Chicken dry, overcooked and flavorless. Asked for 2 eggplant subs for the vegetarians in the house, got 1 and 1 meatball. An absolute waste of money. Goodbye Caprese.

Ordered the gluten-free pizza phenomenal! They must have recently added sweet chili flavor for wings. Highly recommend! The wings sweetness and spice were spot on! Definitely will order these many times in the future. Service was quick and very prompt.
