I love this brusters I’ve been going here since I was born!! I recently started taking my dog out on car rides since I finally bought my own car and I want my dog to have doggie sundaes. Last week I went and got some ice cream for myself and three doggie sundaes for my three dogs. They open at eleven and I got there at eleven thirty and nobody was there, only one girl. I wasn’t answered at the mic so I drove around because I was so excited for my dog to try his first ice cream there and she came up and said that she didn’t have many things because the truck was coming later (okay that makes sense) so I drove back around to look at the flavors again since the one I originally wanted wasn’t there and she answered so I ordered. Then I ordered three pup cups and she only gave me one (I suppose it’s because I only had one dog in the car but the two others were at home and I wouldn’t forget them and not get them some ice cream) then she told me she needed my card back for SEVEN dollars for two pup cups (Which are FREE) She rolled her eyes multiple times and was just a terrible worker in general. I totally understand that she was the only one there and that can be frustrating and stressful but I work in fast food and there is never a reason to treat a customer like that especially when I was being respectful and apologizing for being a pain. Today though I went back because I’m not stopping because of only one bad memory. They were great and very helpful, it was a bit hard because my ice cream was melting a bunch and dripping all on my car but they got me some napkins ASAP and a new (bigger) bowl to hold my ice cream. I’m so glad they restored themselves lol!!
I just edited my 2 year 4 star review to a one star after my most recent visit. First of all, their opening time is SUPPOSED to be 10 am, however, on my past 2 visits they opened at 10 and 15 mins past. The server of Asian decent is exceedingly condescending and devoid of basic customer service. Should not be working in such a customer-centric environment.
I don't even know where to begin about Jennifer.. she is AMAZING! Since the first day we contact we knew we found the right person for our day. She is kind, personable, makes you feel relaxed, takes her time to do the right thing ..I could go on and on. We had some struggles since both our families are split so then tension was definitely felt on the day of but she when above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, and stayed positive. And of course was right in budget for our day! She worked with us to stay on budget. I would HIGHLY recommend mrs Jennifer Smith to anyone who asked! Rude. BAD ATTITUDE. Horrible service. Ive been living in Dacula since 2004, I am not sure if they have acquired new owners or not but this is the second time Ive went in the last 2 months and the same person served me. Today she fussed at me after I paid because I asked for a lid... duh, i'm driving I cant eat with a spoon and drive. How rude. Then I get all the way home and it's the wrong ice cream in my sundae.... so disappointing. I will not go to this location anymore.

My daughter and I visit this location a few times a month.. staff is always pleasant and eager to help when we're uncertain what new flavors of their ice creams to get. Lol***Side note*** my daughter loves the cinnamon ice cream!!! ? Doesn't seem appealing to me? but she gets it with the strawberry shortcake. The cinnamon ice cream is what they pair with the apple dumplings.
Message to owner...Separate order and pickup windows for walk-up customers aren't working very well:-Orders take 3x longer to fill than having both windows for ordering and delivering.- Orders are incomplete and forgotten about because the person taking the order is not the one filling the order.- There are plenty of employees working, but half are standing around while multiple walk-up customers are waiting for their ice cream.In the 30-minute period I was there, I saw 3 groups of people with problems and 1 that insisted on a refund.
