Ordered through the app. Order said would be ready at 1:34pm. Arrived at 1:42pm and waited in drive thru line for 5 minutes. Was told to “pull up” and waited again. By 1:54pm I went in to check on my order. I went inside and my order was just sitting there. Cold. I had to ask for new fries. Manager said the thought someone brought our order out to us.If I come back, I won’t order on the app.
Order was wrong. Went back the next day and they got the replacement order wrong too.Update: 3/24/22: Great visit. Food was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and the order was correct. They've got some great management in there now.
Again, I go thru the drive thru and again it is quite evident that the staff serving at the drive thru would rather be having a root canal. They were not friendly or engaging. This Arby's has no customer service. It is, "take orders, get the food, slam it out the window and get you in and out! Just a little courtesy thanking me for coming to Arby's would go a long way in my book. I don't know if the staff at this location is capable of any customer service. I have not witnessed any customer appreciation at all.
Food is good but could have been a little faster.

Great food! The service here is always better than others and I personally get the #1 classic and it is never made wrong and my order is always correct. Definitely recommend for families and friends that want meat fast without a wait.
The food was okay but portion size was smaller that I am used to. Maybe because it is in a different state
Friendly and busy is the way I'd describe this restaurant. The sandwiches are loaded with beef and the lamb gyros are surprisingly tasty for a fast food restaurant.
Update 11/14/21: LONG wait which is a huge change from my review last year where they were quick. Almost an hour in line with people lined up behind us and in front of us. Order was WRONG and they seemed clueless about it.1 year ago: They are OPEN during this COVID-19 craziness. Fast service and fresh food. Picked up my husband from work and he was hungry since they were so slammed her didn’t get lunch. Others weren’t open and grocery stores earlier were empty so I couldn’t get stuff to make dinner with because we didn’t think it was worth panicking over. Had it months ago and it was a bad flu really. THANK YOU for being open. The stomach virus going around now is the thing to worry about.
Food was OK. Cheese wasn't melted on roast beef and fries was cool.
