I called ahead for takeout, ordered chicken Caesar salad and chicken cannelloni. I gave a 20% tip when I paid, expecting to have gotten what I ordered. The woman greeting me was cheerful and was fairly quick about getting the food out of the kitchen. I was happy about that because I was very tired and very hungry. I did make the mistake of not checking the order. When I got home there was nothing in the bag that I had ordered. The side salad for a main dish was a pitiful three strips of brown lettuce and some lettuce hulls along with a slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber. I would have rejected that salad if someone have brought it to the table and I chosen dine-in, I also think that no one would have sent it to a table. I was so dang hungry that I took a bite of one of the dishes and it was like chewing rubber. The other dish was some kind of breaded chicken that looked like dried up shoe leather. I don't think this restaurant was like this in the past, lack of employees may have been the issue, and I do understand that many establishments not only restaurants are having issues with quality and quantity of employees. However, someone should have checked the order and the quality of what was going out. It seems to me, over the last year, the quality of the restaurant has declined. The manager that I spoke to did not feel like she was very regretful, just willing to issue a refund if I came back.
Great service and friendly staff which is really refreshing being that so many restaurants are short staffed these days. If they are short staffed, you don’t notice because the service is always awesome. Great food and wine too! One of our favorite Italian restaurants to go to in Dacula. Never had a bad experience there
Friendly staff even though they were short staffed.Quick Service.Delicious rolls. The Lasagna was excellent! My daughter also ate every bit of her adult portion of Ravioli.
We just moved to Ga and live right down the street from this restaurant. We’ve tried pizza from all over the country but this place has been one of my favs! Totally authentic, pizza was fresh along with their garlic knots. Tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had! So soft and creamy. This will definitely be our go-to pizza place, can’t wait to try out their pasta!
This is the best Italian in north Gwinnett. The portions are large. Preceded by Garlic rolls that me nor my Mother made. We make country Biscuits.
We like the food fine, the problem was that they didn’t respond at all to a problem. My husband and I were there a few weeks ago, when I sit down I had to lift up immediately because the seat of the booth was completely wet. The woman who seated us went and got a towel, but by that time my pants are dried part of the seat. It was uncomfortable, but I thought the problem was over at that point. It was not until the next day when I realized the back of my brand new pants were bleached (apparently someone sprayed the seat with bleach and water, but never wiped it off, and so I pretty much sat in a bleach puddle). I tried to call them and never could get an answer. I tried contacting them through social media, Instagram, but no response. They don’t have a FB page snd their website has zero contact information. I don’t know what I could’ve done other than driving over one evening during their work hours, but I have already lost $48 on the new pants and time trying to contact them.
Very bland, overpriced food. Lasagna arrived cold and was very watery. The calamari was the smallest ones we ever had. Portion sizes were small and not very flavorful. Service was mediocre at best. First and last time here. I don't see any responses from the owners regarding any negative feedback they have gotten on here which is an indication that customer service is not their priority. Do not recommend.
Let me start off with the good before the bad.Food is fantastic when it is done right and done in SANITARY conditions. The front of house staff honestly mostly do their job fantastically but the kitchen screws them. Now let's get to the owner "Kenny". No a good guy. He is a beta male with a napoleon complex. If you wonder what I mean here is an example I wanted a refund for a cold, messed up entirely, and order which took too long and he tried making every excuse to KEEP my money. When he realized I wasn't gonna have that he refunded it and chewed out his staff. The poor woman upfront was getting wringed out for caring about the service they provide. I've never seen an owner degrade someone the way he did. She was on the verge of tears when my fiancee stood up for her. He then got in my fiancee's face. We then told this poor soul about a medical job opportunity and I pray to God she applies and gets this job. Someone so compassionate deserves to be in a field where that is taken as a good thing. I won't be back to this horrible hole in the wall. I also noticed that he took exception to my skin color. He treated the whites very differently than those of minority background. This restaurant should have been one that should have closed due to the pandemic.
By far the best pizza around. The atmosphere in this place is great. The garlic rolls are a gift from heaven. I loved the warm chicken salad, although next time I'd add either Bleu cheese or Feta. The Italian Saugage is absolute perfection. Bon Appétit and Tell Kenny I said hello
Literally one of THE BEST Italian restaurants I've ever eaten at. The service is great too. Very family friendly and great vibes
