Waited in the drive thru for close to 15 min. Made it to the order menu at 10:00 was told sorry we have no more food to sale we are closed. Would have been courteous to have someone simply walk out and tell us, there where several cars you might want to try some where else are not going to serve you
I had a reward for a free sandwich and I didn’t read it carefully and when I got to the window I realized it needed to be used when you order ahead. Even though it was my mistake, the manager was very kind and gave me a credit for the coupon anyway. I really appreciated that because it had been a tough day and I didn’t mean to be a problem in the drive-through!? So thank you!
Just ordered the new signature chicken club and got home and all I got was a piece of chicken with a little sauce and 2 pickles nothing else. Extremely disappointed but my order gets messed up so often at this location it's not too surprising.But to be missing the the bacon and cheese is a little ridiculous. Not to mention the chicken was old. Should have been a clear sign when I was the only one in the drive thru and as soon as I pulled up all three of my orders were ready to go.
This is EASILY the worst Zaxby’s on the planet. They don’t listen. There is no communication between the kitchen and the drive through. You wait forever and the food is cold. They always leave things off of the order. Not giving people items they pay for is stealing.
Just ordered and paid for a drink that was the wrong size. The slaw wasn’t in my meal. And the wrong sauce was on my tenders. Y’all need to get your stuff together cause this is the 4th-5th time y’all have messed up our order. It’s ridiculous.

Always love the service and great food. Love the Cobb grilled chicken salad and the traditional hot wings. Thank you so much
It never fails that when you go to this location something is wrong with your order. Whether its certain sauce to paid for that you dont receive, or missing items from your order. The staff is always rushing you out of the drive thru, and what doesnt make sense is the person with the iPad trying to take your order when you're nowhere near the menu.
Ordered a Cobb salad... got home and this is what it looks like. .. it’s all disheveled and missing eggs. Quality Control sure needs restructuring! This isn’t even the second time I’ve had issues with this specific location... each time I’m thinking it’ll get better. Hasn’t yet.. been 2 years
For the third in a row there was not even a half a chicken. Really disappointed. So much money for such bad service. No bread either on it. I won't go back. Used to love Zaxby's. Not anymore....
