The people that work at this Zaxby’s are nice and care about there customers. Every time I go to this zaxbys they call me by name. The food and the customer service is wonderful and exceeds my expectations every time I go. If I ever go through the drive through line the wait is always short because the food is always prepared quickly.
I went through the drive thru for lunch last Tuesday. Didn't eat anything that morning for breakfast. Or for dinner that night. After eating here for lunch I got food poisoning very badly. Up all night since Tuesday with chills and fever on and off, today is Saturday. Had to go to the ER and get IV's because of dehydration and running to the bathroom every 10 min with terrible diarrhea. I will never eat Zaxby's ever again. I have family members and friends who have the same experience with Zaxby's food. If I can save other people's lives by telling them not to eat at THIS LOCATION or any Zaxby's in general, I will gladly do so.
Food is okay but what was most impressive is getting our order correct. That’s something that Chick-fil-A routinely messes up so for that reason I whole heartedly recommend this Zaxby’s!
I guess this store is trying to save on fries and sauce. I didn't receive the sauce I ordered and this is the amount of fries in my box. The food was also cold. I know everyone is having staffing issues right now but you should at least check food quality as well as accuracy before you send out the order. Won't be back to this location anytime soon.
i ordered Nibblerz meal and bread was very hard almost broke my sons tooth i understand for supplies shortage but serving outdated food i am very disappointed
Zaxbys is pretty good. Def would recommend the kickn chickn!! Also the food came out so quick so respect to the staff.
They never get my order right but all their food is delicious

Quick service with yummy salads. Their wings and things always hits the spot for the kids while the adults can enjoy something relatively healthy for fast food. It is kid-friendly... but real food. Parking is easy. Location is convenient.
If I could give 10 stars I would.I go to Zaxby’s at least 3 to 4 times out of the a week And when I tell you this the best service I have gotten from Zaxby’s ever Yanet and Diana is amazing very friendly smile and no attitude like kudos to them they rock and speedy service. Thank you Ladies ❤️❤️
