We have been wanting to try this place forever and tonight after a long day we finally bit the bullet. OH MY GOODNESS! Y’all everything looked and smelled amazing. I’m so thankful it’s minutes from our house because I was starving. The burger we got was the gladiator and it was completely delicious and massive. Then we got wings with three sauces… Thai chili, honey bbq and Carolina gold. These sauces rocked. The place looks clean and cheerful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back! ? I am so thankful for these local businesses giving us something to be thankful for in these times… even if all it is… is a hot meal!***Update***We placed a second order today. Wings were spicy bbq which my husband loved, and I got more Thai chili because I’m in love. What can I say. This time I asked for extra sauce because ?. We got hand cut fries and the Korean burger. THE BURGER… are you kidding me!!!?? He liked it even more than the gladiator. He ordered a double patty on pretzel bun. When I tell you the smokey flavor combined with the sauce and seasoning. I can’t even. The fries would be amazing in person I’m sure but takeout gets a little soggy. Totally not their fault. A choir of angels sang today. I heard it. Amazing!
I’ve been to other WNB(s), and this place has best wings, fried rice, Phillycheese steak, fries, etc. hands down - and I’m not even exaggerating. I especially enjoyed their Music Spicy Hot wings and shrimp fried rice!!! From amazing staff full of hospitality to scrumptious and juicy food, this place will not disappoint. I highly recommend anyone looking to quench his/her thirst and satisfy his/her hunger to go and try it for yourself!
First time in here and YOU have to go!! The food is amazing but the staff is also really friendly. I literally enjoyed every single bite of the food and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.
This place has great food and fantastic customer service. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but after the experience the price is totally fine. You are paying for great food and quality. Sauces are amazing and the staff is very friendly and will answer any questions you have. If you are hankering for quick food with quality and need a spot to go for lunch with coworkers or just stop in and take it to go, look no further. This establishment is perfect for it.
From the outside looking in, this place looked like a bit of a hole in the wall. Boy, was I surprised, and not just by the food, either. It’s nicely decorated and very clean in there. Looks a bit like HGTV was in town to renovate a wing shop, to be honest.Almost every place I go to eat boneless wings (because I’m picky), I’ve got some sort of criticism to level against the chicken, the wing, or the chicken wing (again, because I’m picky). Not these wings. I thoroughly enjoyed the boneless wings. I got eighteen of them and tried the Music City Hot and their four star rated Hot wings. The third flavor was Caribbean Jerk and it was good. As for the two hot flavors, neither were punishingly hot, but there was a lot of flavor both in the mouth and on the nose. I dare say they smelt a bit hotter than they were.Anyway, to be able to clear through a dozen and a half wings confidently, with not one piece of grizzle or something destined for a wadded napkin, it’s an accomplishment, if not a downright miracle. All in all, great food, great service at a great price.
First time here. It was really good. Burger was the best I’ve had in a long time. Another person got veggie fried rice and it was so fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back to try other things! Great atmosphere. Clean. Friendly service.
I visited the restaurant with a friend recently. First, I noticed that the ambiance was very welcoming and charming. We ordered a little bit of everything, including wings (music city hot and garlic parmesan), cheeseburger, and fried rice. The food was absolutely amazing - everything we tasted melted in our mouths. The wings were flavorful, the cheeseburger was fantastic, and the fried rice was delicious! The staff was also really friendly and offered excellent suggestions. We will definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommended!
I visited last week with my family and tried a burger, honey garlic wings, a fish platter, fried rice, and a small salad. The burger and wings were cooked perfectly and just fantastic overall! Fried rice was seasoned nicely without being too salty. My mom loved the tender catfish with tartar sauce. The salad was so fresh that I asked the owner, and she said that veggies were bought every day! The fries were awesome too – thick and dense, just the way I like it. My dad wanted to try a cheesesteak for takeout. We ate it later that day, and it was still delicious even after heating it up in the oven for a few minutes. The place had a clean and inviting atmosphere, and the staff was nice and attentive. We will definitely come back to try other items on the menu and highly recommend the place to everyone!
My first visit I ordered boneless wings. OMG they were awesome... big, juicy, and yummy. I will be back and not just for those wings but to try other items on your menu. While waited for the order they were cleaning up for the night. Wiping down all the chairs, etc. The place is spotless.
My wife and I tend to be super picky about wings, and we've been to at least ten different wing places to find wings of the right size, crispy-ness, tenderness. Most tend to be either too big or too small or be way too salty, or lack crispy skin. I think we finally found our place at this WNB Factory. In particular, we loved the variety of sauces and that they are applied in just the right amount to avoid soggy wings. The non-traditional sauces (Jamaican Jerk, Music City Hot) were amazing and had a great kick to them, but the more traditional sauces were also delicious too. I honestly just appreciate that the wings are so juicy, not fatty, and taste damn good because I've been so burned by ordering wings that I could make better on my own. While we came for delicious wings, the burgers absolutely stole the show (we had the Korean BBQ this time). In particular the combination of sauteed mushrooms, onions and sauces just... *chef's kiss*. The patty itself took me by surprise because it had a fire-grilled flavor to it and for the price and quality, I found it to be quite the deal.Overall, the restaurant itself is obviously new, super clean, and very well maintained, and the owners were incredibly friendly. Ya'll are going to screw up my weight loss program, but I appreciate having this place closeby to my house whenever I get the munchies for great wings.
