Very dissatisfied with this place. The one bright spot was the bartender she was excellent. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and food. The food service was the issue. 45 minutes to get an order of chicken wings. You would think that an establishment that mainly served and advertised chicken wings would have no problem getting those out of the kitchen. I overheard several other customers with the same concern. There was a sign on the door saying they needed help. Maybe the owner and or managers should show some leadership and hit the serving floor or help out in the kitchen. Bartender great everything else needs help.

From the outside, this place had potential. Sadly it fell flat with the food. Wings were just OK, really had hoped that with “wings” being in the name that they would stand out….they did not!
Sitting in the restaurant at the moment and wow, the service has been horrendous! It has been about a year since our last trip because of service. We arrived just after 6, got called to our table at 6:37, it's now 8:19 and we're just sitting here. Empty cups, empty plates. We'd love to just pay for our cold, flavorless food that we waited over an hour for and go.
Place was decent. Service was good. They have a wide variety of sauces for wings. Good place to hangout with friends.
I've been to this location twice now. It's been cold and breezy both times, to the point of distraction and having to wear my jacket while I eat. The kitchen is slow and my order wasn't right. The food was good though which earned the third star. I will not be going back.
If you’re thinking of ordering takeout from here, don’t. Ordered online, with an estimated pickup time of 36 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes after the pickup time and I’m still waiting for my order at the restaurant almost an hour later. I asked about my order and was told “most of your food is out” and that was almost 20 minutes ago. So to recap, it’s now been nearly 2 hours since I ordered my food and I’ve been at the restaurant waiting for over and hour of that time. At this point, who knows if I’ll ever get my food. If I do, I can almost guarantee the food will be cold and/or the order will be incorrect. Absolutely atrocious service.There are full parties of people that arrived at the restaurant after I was here, were seated, and have already received the food they ordered. I’m not the only one in this situation either. At least 5 other people waited as long as me.I REPEAT! DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT FROM THIS LOCATION!
The food is always pretty good, but the service can be hit or miss. I know everyone is short staffed these days, but I would think if the manager, hostess, to go person, etc can tell the inexperienced waitress is visibly overwhelmed, they would step in and help, especially when to go and hostess are standing around. Again that is just my assumption. Our waitress was sweet and we still tipped her great and stayed calm, when other tables were losing their cool.
Waited 50 minutes for food my fries were cold and my burger was over cooked .server was very lazy . Don’t eat here
Great bartenders. Love the atmosphere. Also love the seasonal menus!
