Dude working the drive thru was rude as hell. Pretty much threw the bag at me. I checked for my sauce and nope wasn’t in there. He said ketchup in the bag. I said ranch also. I just don’t understand why people are so rude nowadays. Obviously this little kid needs to find another job where he doesn’t work with people. Nasty attitude.
This place is SO rude. The worker was interrupting my sentences as i was ordering my food, then gave me the wrong order when I finally got up to the window. I told her I didn’t like that she was acting this was then she was yelling at me to leave her window and the restaurant. I have my daughter and her friend with me and I was trying to get them dinner for their sleepover. When the lady repeatedly kept telling me to leave I finally drove away and then she proceeded to tell me to have a good day. I am so mad right now. After all of this the lady still got my order wrong and I had to go back to the drive-thru. Horrible customer service. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ridiculous.
Had a Frosty and it wasn't even cold, like it was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes but there was no one in line.There's something strange going on here. We were here 8 months ago and they said their printer wasn't working, so they couldn't give us a receipt for our credit card purchase and again today...
No kind of customer service. Was given warm not hot fries. Nuggets and double stack were cold. I guess the manager on duty didn't like my sauce order bc I over heard his comment and the cashier laughedVery poor customer service and food. No receipt was given so I can't put in a proper complaint
Good food, the orders take a little while and that's not good for a drive through. Everything tastes great when you get it though, so it really depends on how much you really want their food.
First time eating here, terrible experience. The chicken was not fully cooked, so had to go back to exchange. It's also the first fast food restaurant that does not put napkins in the paper bag (I know I could've asked it but who remembered).
I don't do this often at all, but my GF and I went to a fast food place. We wanted the spicy chicken filet sandwich which she could not recall having had before.First thing you should know is that some Wendy's are closing really early. Like 10:00 or even earlier. We found this out the hard way a couple of days before.This was also the first time I've been to this location. To be fair, I'm not sure this was open before I started Keto in early 2020 and for the first 12 months fast food was way, way out.The sandwich was good and the fries were fresh and hot.While this dinner was definitely NOT KETO, it was tasty and a nice cheat meal.I would recommend this location to a friend and expect to visit again when a cheat meal makes sense.
Got our order partially correct, had to bicker about pricing, a lot of confusion. Took a long time to get order. Will not return to this location.
It's fast food, but not fast food service. Very impressed. I don't expect much from Wendy's, but this location is different. The food was fresh and the staff is friendly.
Went there on Sunday. It was busy but they were getting everyone thru fast. Whole order was correct too!
