Dining room is "open"...but not really. The 5 young staffers sitting around the dining room, apparently the drivers of the only 3 cars in the parking lot (one of which was double parked) informed us they didn't have enough staff to take any orders at inside and to download the app or use the drive-thru. There were ZERO customers indie or in the drive thru line at all. These kids have nothing better to do with their time than try to be difficult and make up horsecrap excuses. Whatever. Chick-fil-A is better anyway. Bye.

These kids working here need to learn a lesson in customer service. The most rude staff I have ever experienced at any Wendy's location. I have had 3 bad experiences here but the last was the final straw. I called and was simply asking about the dining room hours to eat as I ride a motorcycle and cannot go through a drive through (at least not easily). The seemingly 15 yr/old "manager" I spoke to was so mean toned and a good old fashioned punk. Hire new staff before you drive this new location into the ground. A top-tip for all staff at this location: if you hate your job so much that the customer feels it, maybe you should find a new job.

Although this location is newer it has one of the worst staff you will find. I usually try to avoid this location but today my kids wanted and I was at the Collections, so we stopped by the drive through. The young man on the speaker was unprofessional and was yelling "hello" over me every time I would speak and than laugh with another employee. I decided to cancel the order and drive around and I could see the two of them laughing at the prank. This is not the first time we had a bad experience here. You rarely find real adults working there. It seems to be ran by high schoolers. Try to avoid this location if you can!

They say the dining room is open, but that’s only half true. The dining room is open to pick up food if you order using the app. Then you can sit down and eat. Good luck getting condiments or even napkins. Took 5 minutes to get acknowledged, only to be told they can’t take an order in person. I’d hate to need more napkins or ketchup eating inside.

Pretty sad that you won’t let EMS crews in to order when you know they can’t go through the drive through. Also super slow service

Probably the only consistent Wendy's I've ever been to. Whenever I order a Frostyccino, it is consistently good. Whoever makes them has it down right, unlike literally every other Wendy's I've been to where it will be bad, okay, good, terrible, on any given day. Also good service

It must be very difficult when you are slow to actually focus and read the details on your screen when someone orders a burger. When someone is paying for a product make sure it is what they want. Maybe I'm allergic to some of the ingredients that you would normally put on something. Do better.

Waited 20 mins just to get to drive thru order station. Then found frosty machine not working. Didn't get order right. Went to 2nd Wendy's on GA 20 near 985 and told they were not taking orders for a while. Huh? We were the only car in the drive thru.

Never get the order right. Left off the fries I ordered and payed for. Asked for unsweet tea and got sweet tea

Sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes. The gentleman working did not even acknowledge I was there. Told me he didnt have to explain to me why they were not open. Poor service.
