This WH has really gone downhill! We used to live coming here and now will never come back! Being sensitive to COVID schedules is one thing…but we have walked up at least 4 times with people IN the restaurant eating and been told as soon as we walk in - “we only are doing to-go orders after 8pm.” Tonight was the last straw. We arrived at 7:35p planning to arrive before 8p…we were met at the door to be told that they are closing for maintenance. With a person still in there eating. THIS MAY BE THE WORST WH IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF GA!!!
We arrived to this location and decided what we were having immediately. We understood they were busy and we were patiently waiting. The employee that was taking orders skipped our table and helped the people that came in after us. Her coworker explained to her that she skipped our table and said she “I don’t care.”We continued to wait and she proceeded to take payments. So we decided to leave and as we were walking out, she said “good, better for them.”
Food was good…..That’s it. Service (Maggie) was seriously lacking, walked by the table 3 times, empty cups sitting on the edge in perfect view never asked to fill, didn’t check up on us until we were checking out. Seriously dirty, floor sticky.Too many Waffle Houses around to return to this location.
One of the best service i’ve had so far. Even the restaurant is known fır cheap eats, the staff is very hardworking and tries to satisfy every person.
It was nice, the place was a little dirty, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
A smaller location so it will get a little crowded quickly, the staff presented themselves to be able to handle yhe task at hand.
Man what a horrible experience. The waitress had zero personality, all the food was way overcooked. And when I questioned something on my bill the crooked eyed waitress decided to get snotty with me.
Only 1 person working the entire restaurant and he done an amazing job!!! Waffle House Management should be ashamed of making 1 employee run the entire restaurant. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES AN HOURLY WAGE NOT CHUMP CHANGE $2.00 per hr. plus+ tips from customers. Smh
The food was good the waitress was fabulous but the toast is sky high $4.50 for two pieces of toast I mean I can buy a whole loaf of bread for that much they're going to be getting $50 a loaf for a loaf of bread there
Great breakfast as always. You can always count on Waffle House!
