Not sure why I never stopped to eat here. Three different orders first time and spot on. Delicious food best burgers in town. I cannot even imagine the price was so reasonable in this inflation. Moreover the quality will keep more often onwards. Fresh and delicious thank you for serving us.
My coworker recommended this place for lunch and was so excited to try it out for the first timeWe walked literally.02 miles to retrieve lunchWhen we got back we all started to eatWell when I bite into my burger I found this a long hair Still attached to the meat look closer in the picture it’s thereOmg I wanted to throw upThen called back up here cause I was on my lunch break and was told they didn’t have anyone to bring me another one and we are literally on the same roadBut said she would give me a free-meal next timeBut it won’t be free cause I paid omg won’t be back or recommend this place and another coworker said he won’t be back either wasnt all that
THE GOOD: We’ve tried 4 different times to order online for a scheduled pickup time at VB based on recommendations from neighbors and looking at reviews from other customers. Finally went there, after not being able to order online again, or by phone, on a Saturday afternoon and were glad we went, somewhat. The burgers were among the best we’ve ever had anywhere in the country. Reminded my fiancé of a place in Augusta called Gary’s that we frequented for years. Everything was fresh and the buns were soft, but sturdy enough for a juicy burger. The salted fries and onion rings were also a hit. Tasted freshly made. THE BAD: As I said, we’ve tried to schedule an order online, with no success (from a laptop and on my phone). We drove down and ordered in person and brought a screenshot of the error message we were getting when trying to order in advance. They encourage online ordering, almost to the point of being harassing. When you go to there website you get a popup message to order online. When you call to order online you get a recorded message asking you to order online and saying “effective June 1 we will no longer accept phone orders”. Problem with calling is right after the message it disconnects your call, so you can’t order by phone, now. So back to ordering online. I went through the process to order and selected a time on Saturday to pick up the order (between 4:25 – 4:35p). Clicked on Proceed to Checkout. Added my contact info and credit card info and clicked on Place Pickup Order. I was using Chrome as my browser and it came back with an error message that read “Error: Sorry - this store is not currently accepting scheduled orders”. I went Bing and went through the process again. Clicked Place Pickup Order. It looked like the order was being place, but came back with the cart still showing the same thing. Several clicks and it never processed the order. That’s when we decided just to drive there and order to go. THE UGLY: When I presented the screenshot to the person taking my order he showed it to the Manager. He said they no longer accept Scheduled orders because people were placing big orders right before they closed. Okay, I kind of get that, but the fact the order is paid for by credit card, VB gets there money even if the customer doesn’t pick up the food. One other option would be to stop taking scheduled orders at a certain time to allow the staff to do their closing prep work. If you are not going to allow scheduled orders, please take that option off your website. There are many other places to order from that DO allow scheduled ordering, including Krystal’s for goodness sake. How about finding another engine to process your orders. You missed out on our business 3 previous times when we went elsewhere and would have missed out this time if we didn’t decide to drive down. I’m sure we’re not the only frustrated customers. Bottom line is you can order online, and your order will be ready for pickup in about 20 minutes. However, if you want the convenience of ordering for a specific time, you’ll need to choose another restaurant. That’s what we’ll do, unless we decide at the last minute to order from VB. Too many other options to do that every time.

One of our go-tos for delish burgers! They have daily specials and amazing fries as well as milk shakes that will keep you coming back! Cozy, casual place. Good service. Excellent food. Can't miss here.
Overall was not impressed. Was judging based on previous reviews so I had high expectations on the food, but honestly I've had better food at McDonald's. My burger was very dry and just had no flavor to it. The fries were decent though, nothing special.Staff were friendly, and the overall theme of the place was cool.
We ordered via Uber Eats. 2 chili cheese burgers and an order of onion rings. We've ordered from here before and this is NOT what we've gotten in the past. We got 7 SMALL onion rings. We paid $4.00 for that (photo attached)?? Not acceptable. I hope this is just a fluke and they'll make it right. This was just so disappointing. Previous visits have been very good. For this orderI would not recommend Village Burger. Previous orders, I totally would.
Finally decided to try out the best burger claim. The burger along with the cole slaw was very good and at a reasonable price. Atmosphere is nice, however the music was too loud. The only item I didn't try was a dessert. They do look good. I might go back if they turn down the volume.
The fried pickles were amazing. Their burgers and fries are always excellent. Their service can be slow during rushes, but that is expected. It is phenomenal every other time.
Quick lunch stop. You order at the counter. Simple menu with hotdogs, burgers, chicken or salad. Red wine, beer and soft drinks. You order, seat yourself and they bring it out. Quick service and an offer to refill drinks. Chili cheese dog with seasoned fries and buffalo chicken with fried pickles were great, good flavor, and served hot. We will likely be back. Parking is a little sub optimal in the area.
