Went in about 930 so maybe a bit late for breakfast? They were doing steady business and the staff was professional. The chicken and the county ham biscuits were good but the steak biscuit was kinda tough and the sausage biscuit was bland.

Took a friend here for breakfast over the weekend and it did NOT disappoint!!! SO FREAKING GOOD! The drive thru experience was a breeze and we almost looped back around to order even more food. ^_^The spicy chicken biscuit was exactly what I was craving. We also ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a country ham biscuit - both were delicious. Hash browns are a must!I’m sad I didn’t try this place earlier - will be back later this week to try the lunch menu!

Not worth it. The wife and I were really craving some good ol’ breakfast biscuits, but they didn’t deliver. Biscuit itself was large, but so salty to the point where my wife didn’t even eat all of hers! I had steak with mine and it was all fat and chewy. Didn’t eat all that either, just a waste really. Oh, and the hash browns were basically refried hockey pucks! One and done with this place.

We came for breakfast after reading some good reviews, but what a mistake. I'm sure if your a local and frequent the shack they treat you a little better. The food, service, and overall experience were way below what I experienced while visiting the rest of Atlanta and surrounding areas. The greeting was obnoxious; We're from out of town not from out of the country. If your tired I get it, but no excuse. Restaurant was almost empty. We got our order. Wanted to dine in and it was noted. However we were given a to-go bag and told if we had any left overs we could "just pack em right back up"....ok fine, but you're well aware that we want to eat here so don't be lazy and bring me a few plates. Courtesy was offered to other patrons but it skipped us entirely. Thanks again. Biscuits were overbaked and hashbrowns were obviously from a freezer bag. The chicken patty was horrible. Thanks but no thanks.

I typically love this place. The wait is long, but normally worth it. However, this morning I am all around annoyed and upset. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a side of gravy. They bring my bag out and immediately it feels super light, and I’m like that’s odd. I look inside and there is only a side of gravy so I let the girl know. Then she sends another lady out to my car who wants to see my bag, so I show it to her and let her know I only received a side of gravy. She proceeds to look around me into my car and say “are you sure?” Well yeah I am sure which is why I am letting you know..? So after being condescending they finally bring my biscuit to me which at this point isn’t even worth the annoyance it has caused me. Then I get to work to see I have basically no egg on my biscuit at all and half the bacon is not even placed on my biscuit. Definitely not the customer service or experience I expect from this place at all.

I love being able to procrastinate in my morning and then be able to still get breakfast from this place at lunch time! The service was fantastic and the food was also amazing. Highly consider going here.

Excellent sweet tea and an excellent breakfast burrito it took a little while for them to fix it but they're short on hell but it was worth the wait

I love the staff here! My dog loves his bacon they give him each time we go through the drive through. The biscuits and gravy is heaven. The lil smokies are very good as well. Breakfast is always busy but they push the food out as quick as they can.

Best biscuits and gravy plate around! The hot-link biscuits are ? too!

I'm not sure how this place received 5 stars. Its the MOST disgusting food ever! Biscuits altho crispy all around, don't let that fool you it has no flavor. Gravy is flour flavorless 2 tiny specs of sausage. Pimento cheese is a bowl of microwave oil, country ham is suppose to be thick, yet this was papee thin 3 half dollar size slices...Never ahain...
