Totally disappointed after getting a pineapple fried rice Togo order . There is no pineapple shell . Just got the fried rice in a plastic container and they charged me $26 for this box. Total 2 orders $52 . See the image .Definitely Not worth for the money that i paid for . Taste 5/10 . Never again here and not recommended if you are ordering a pineapple fried rice
Celebrated my Mom’s birthday with a group of 9 people last night around 7:00. Service was phenomenal. I had barely sat down before our appetizers were served. Our food came out really quickly once our whole party was seated. Servers were friendly, attentive, and fast. I never had to ask for my water to be refilled. The food here is amazing every time we come.
We absolutely LOVE Thai Basil Kitchen. Their sauces and flavors are next level.. everything is always exceptional. Service is also very excellent.
This place is FANTASTIC! I’ve eaten at the best Thai restaurants in Atlanta and Alpharetta, and this place ranks with the best! Menu is diverse and chef delivers an outstanding prepared Thai meal along with exceptional presentation! If you like Thai this is a must try! If you don’t it’s still a must try!?
Fabulous find in the neighborhood. This will become our go to Thai restaurant. The Green Curry had the perfect spice level and was very creamy. Pad Prik King also very good, and not on the menu of most Thai restaurants. Try the Tamarind Mint Margharita, which is a double serving of a normal drink. Highly recommended place.
Food was fantastic here! We had the chicken pad thai and shrimp pad kee mao, and both were seasoned very well and the portions were generous. I’m excited to try other menu items here! The only thing I wish were different was the way to pay. It is done through an iPad that the server brings to you and you have to pay and tip immediately while the iPad is held by the server. The tip percentages are calculated automatically from 15, 18, and 20% if I remember correctly, and an option for a custom amount. It was awkward and uncomfortable if I’m being honest. But otherwise, Thai Basil was great and will be back again!
Love the place it is located. Ambience is decent. Staff is friendly. Love the food here. Thai basil fried rice is my all time favorite. Never disappointed.
I am going to this place for past 2 years, never had a bad experience like this. I placed a take out order on Friday 02/25/22 at around 7 PM. The order was not ready until 8:15 PM as they were having a really busy day. I had no issue with wait , but the quality of food delivered was horrible. I ordered Tom Ka soup with chicken and Tofu. All I got was few tofu floating in coconut milk. There were no chicken or any vegetables. I had same experience with Red Curry. It was full of green beans and very few chicken pieces. There was no tri-color bell pepper or Thai egg plant. They substituted all vegetables with green beans. Pad Thai was another story. It was full of chicken pieces with very little noodles. I called on 02/26 to talk to manager. They noted my number and promised me to call back. That never happened. If you are out of ingredients , you should not accept order.
Absolutely amazing! I've been to several Thai restaurants in the area, but this is by far my favorite. The atmosphere and decor is very pleasing, and the presentation of each dish was stunning. We were served in a timely manner and tended to often. Most impressive, however, was the food itself. I got the chicken massuman curry with a medium spice level, which was very delicious, and we shared a fried ice cream and creme brulee cheesecake. Surprisingly, the desserts were the best part. Probably some of the best desserts I've ever had at a restaurant. I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu!
FRAUDDDDDDDD ALERT!! avoid this place at all cost!! I wish I could give this place a zero!!! The food was the WORST Thai food I have ever had. The service was just as bad. 6 of us ordered different items on the menu and half the food came first and the other half late and when asked about our last and final dish the server rudely tells us "it's still being prepared" funny because half of us are almost done eating and the food was still not here. The worst part of this entire experience was the automatic tipping. She gave us one receipt as pictured below with a 20% tip which is fine- and when we split the bill the 20% tip "somehow" became 25% but it stated only 20. The math did not add up. Then once confronted server said the original receipt was tipped wrong and re printed THE SAME total but with a 25% tip shown as 20%. These guys are scamming people and hoping the customer does not realize they are being charged more than 20% of a tip. The pictures are proof of how the tipping is a scam. She ended up giving us $5 cash back so we don't argue with her and leave. They know they are scamming people but got caught! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check the receipt and math for your tip! They are taking more than they have written! BEWARE! SCAM! NOTE* The second picture is the original charges with the 20% tip. The first picture is THE SAME TOTAL but with 20% written but being charged 25%. The other 3 receipts show 20% tip but if you do the math- it is 25%! Scam!!
