We come here every Saturday night. Tonight was a rough night I had to send my steak back three times. But kudos to Shelly the manager for taking amazing care of us! Will I go back again?Absolutely!! I’m not mad, we’re all human and things aren’t always perfect. But they made it right!! Highly recommend! You Rock Shelly!!❤️

Alyssa was an awesome waitress. Very attentive. Steak & Salmon was cooked perfect. Tried the twisted cheese sticks for the first time and will definitely get them again.
Great food but, a very very busy place. We ordered for curbside pickup. Placed the order and went to pick it up. Parked in pickup area and app said you have to come in. We did curbside for a reason to get it brought to us. Tried to call to get it delivered and, after 10min no answer.. went in, after trying to talk to someone, after 20 min. Not impressed. Went in, crowded as all get out. Found a server and asked about my order, they went in back, asked about it and they said it's done go to the pickup window and she said it's outside. No information on the app or text they sent. Went to outside window pickup and got it right away. Not impressed with the curbside or lack of them not giving proper information about where to pick it up and/or no pick up of the phone. Good food, other things, communication, needs work..

Great service from arrival to departure! Our server was perfect, visited our table just the right amount. We each had the filet and they were cooked just as we ask, medium rare. The house salad and baked sweet potato made great sides. I liked that they still have peanuts, they came in small sealed bags.In my opinion, Texas Roadhouse is probably the best chain steakhouse!
We came in a party of 4 on Mar 5 at 530pm and ordered our special steaks out of the case and We were seated with Mindy. We gave our drink order of 2 double vodka tonic, 1 double gin and tonic, 1 double jack n coke. When dropping off the drinks, we heard Mindy apologizing to the bartender and telling us how mad the male bartender was. We asked why and she said he was angry about having to make our drinks. Like it was some large task. Don’t know why she would even say something like that in front of a guest. but we are easy going people and just blew it off. Then she never brought appetizer plates and I had to personally get up and get them myself. 2 bites into the meal she walks over while we are talking and eating and interrupts us to ask if we will be on one check. We had already planned on ordering dessert but after all of the things that happened, and she clearly made our entire experience uncomfortable, we just asked for everything all on one check and went to a Brusters instead. We still tipped her way more than we should have, because that’s the right thing to do. However, will not return to this location. On a positive note, Our food was delicious , which is why I gave the 3 stars. Steaks cooked perfectly and all of the accompaniments and appetizer cooked wonderful as well.
These so called boneless Buffalo wings looks like someone’s leftovers, or a bag of frozen Buffalo wings. I just ordered these to go. Also, the so called cheese fries had really no cheese. Spent over $50 on some bs. The entire meal was a waste of time and money.
Amazing food. Sirloin was cooked perfect. Dante, our server went above and beyond expectations. Anything we needed he was on it, despite them being packed this Valentine’s Day weekend. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
