We have tried to give them multiple chances to get orders right on multiple occasions and it just fails every time. This time they left out the tater tots, the honey mustard, and it looks like I got boneless wings and tenders instead of all tenders for my meal. This will be the last time we waste our money.
Sad to say but the food was just not right on this day. The service was great though. Just seemed that if anything was going to be wrong it was on this day. From the burger to the broccoli to the wings…. The manager was understanding and hate giving only a 3 star rating to one of my favorite places. Oh yes, I will be back…
This place was ok. I have been here in the past, like 2015/16 and it was much better. The staff was very nice but the food seemed less than average. The rice was severely under cooked, and the beef tacos tasted like they came from taco bell. Great beer selection tho a little pricy. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.
Cajun Voodoo Magic is AMAZING wing sauce. Like nothing you have tried before. We had a wonderful waitress also so it was a lovely night all around. We especially like the new nachos with the chips on the side to use for dipping. Great beer selection too. Definately worth a trip out of your way.
Trinity our server was extremely helpful. Not only did she wait on us, with excellent service, we weren't even in her station area. She just noticed that we had fallen between the cracks and took it apon herself to help us. Very fine young lady, Taco Mac is fortunate to have her in their employment.Food was exceptional as always!
Wings were great, server was mediocre, but otherwise, all other food was awful. Chicken was missing off salad and when they sent out "fresh chicken breast" it was literally chopped up lunch meat that was grilled. Queso was so cold it was hard. Even the 2 tables next to us were unhappy with their entire visit.
This was complete and utter trash!!!!!!Idk why people think you can just cook peoples food any type of way.If you don’t want to be at work then you shouldn’t go!!! Because it’s reflected through the way the food is made and presented.I will be getting a refund. !!!!Disgusting! Dry! Soggy! Undercooked! Old grease ! Too fishy!!!!!The quesadillas were so soggy and under cooked the rest came undone and everything fell out!!!! Never in my life. Have I ever.You guys need new cooks or too close.
Went in kind of late on a week night. Alex was my server. He was great! He made some good suggestions & everything was brought out as it should've been. He paid attention to my table & I never had to ask for anything. I've been back since & was happy to be seated in his section again.
The food is usually a disappointment. Most recently I ordered a hamburger to go. It was supposed to take 25 minutes. It took an hour and was dry and cold by the time I got it. It was late afternoon, the restaurant was not busy. No explation as to why there was such a delay. The only employee on the floor was too busy "sweeping" to assist. Not likely to be back to this location.
Service is spotty and manager seems to avoid tables with problemsOrder came out wrong and waited over 25 minutes for all flats wings finally got order to go and all of a sudden the wings came right out in a to go box. Dont get me wrong food is very good but this isnt the first time we have problems here.
