Order was made correct, friendly staff in the drive through and swift with picking up order. Placed mobile order and was pretty much ready when I got to the window.Bit of a line but not too long… just out to the order calling systemFood was delicious! A generous amount of beef was in my soft shell taco which was awesome!Would definitely recommend this location
I’m sure it’s not the employees fault as they are most likely short handed, but I have never waited less than 10-15 minutes in this drive thru. This is made worse by the fact that the dining room is still closed, so it’s not like they have to worry about other orders. Several times I’ve gotten in line, then left before I got to order because it’s not worth the wait.
Yet another owner of a fast food restaurant that is too stupid or entitled or something to hire enough people. Expect extremely long lines at random intervals, I literally just waited 30 minutes at midnight before giving up because I realized they had closed while I was in line.
This restaurant needs to change their hours of operation. It is false advertisement to say they will be open until midnight if they do not. Also, they don’t need to tell potential customers that they will be open when the customer calls to verify their hours. I called at 8:30pm and was told by an employee that they in fact be open until midnight. I even asked twice to verify. I get there at 11:15pm and am told they are closed. I told the lady I called and got verification. She said that was not her problem.
Wow I’m astonished. Despite the slightly long wait, I had a huge order and they got every single item right including tons of sauces and napkins and the whole deal. They were very patient despite the incredible long line. I’m very satisfied with me order! :) thank you Taco Bell
Really good service and speed, great taste. They even pronounced my name right! Lol (Some other taco bell locations are slow and taste not quite great including not heated all the way through etc.)
Always seem to spend an inordinate amount of time at this drive thru. If there are more than two cars in the drive thru you’re looking at 15 minutes or more. It’s a shame this is closest to my home but I drive to another location to avoid it because they are so slow. Avoid
Probably one of the worst Taco Bell out there. Never seen one close at 9pm and bot have dinning room open. Doing door dash only orders on a Friday night after 9pm. Dont go here. Terribly miss managed. Do the Taco Bell executives not inspect their Franchises?
Ordered online, picked up in drive thru. Order was messed up and missing things. Tried to speak with a manager and was informed they had stepped away. Complained about my order and was told sorry. That’s it. Don’t make it right. Just sorry. I don’t spend money just to get nothing. My order was over $50. I won’t be back to this store again. The staff is obnoxious and there is never a manager on the premise.
They're currently not accepting drive-through orders. But they have a nice handwritten illegible sign taped to the order booth and flapping in the wind. If you get out of your car to read it then it says "only doing mobile, DoorDash uber Eats, +Grubhub orders.. Our Apologies Have A Great Day :)" I guess your money's only good enough if you're working for door dash or uber. Thanks for the inconvenience, have a great day.
