Horrible experience not once but twice at this location !!! 40 minute wait time for fast food. After placing my online order and pick up through the drive through… the manager had to inform me that they couldn’t locate my order because this restaurant doesn’t participate in the mobile order program. We had to wait in the drive through fir 40 mins to get that peice of info. This was at 9:00 pm with hungry kids in the car. Moreover she did not even help us get some relief by creating a new order. She was just cringing about not having sufficient staff !!! Which is none of the customers business. Hope Taco Bell hears her cry out. Please avoid this location at all costs ?
I love Taco Bell. It’s for that reason I put up with the terrible service at this location. But d***it every single time I order from here my order is cold, completely incorrect, and packaged so poorly. Half the time I end up eating my tacos with a fork or spoon. It wouldn’t be a big deal, but when a small burrito is $5, all I ask is that it’s not falling apart and wrong ingredients that I asked for. Smdh. And please check freakin orders cuz every single time something is wrong in the bag, if not literally everything.
Just wow. Ordered just now on the app for pick up through drive thru. We get parked and after ten minutes he brings out an order and starts dashing away as I’m yelling out the window we are missing drinks. While we waited I checked the order and we were missing two burritos. When he returned a second time I told him about the missing items and he dashed away again. Waiting waiting waiting. Then the steak burrito was supposed to be grilled was burnt! All of the customizations that we ordered were wrong which was the whole point of us ordering online in the first place. Baja blast also tastes like the machine is moldy. One thing is we ordered six burritos and have enough sauce packets to last until we die! ?
Normally, this location is the ABSOLUTE WORST Taco Bell. They regularly get my orders wrong and close well before they are suppose to. Staff is usually rude.However, I noticed that they hired new friendly workers and closed the inside of the location. My meal was made perfect and the drive thru was running almost as fast as chic-fil-a. Funny what happens when you hire some people who actually want work. Great job Taco Bell. Not giving 5 stars because this usually sucks.
This Taco Bell location is a complete joke!! I pulled up with an empty drive thru line and ordered. I was then told to pull up and wait. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to inquire about my food and they would not open the drive thru window and said your food is coming. I then waited another 5-10 minutes and a lady came out with my food. I said I wanted my money back and she said we can’t do that as there management was not there.I asked for the managers contact info and she said she didn’t know it. I then asked for my receipt and they came back 10 minutes later and said they could not find my receipt. This location is so poorly managed and needs to be shut down.
As a fan of taco bell they need to either shut this location down or corporate needs to step in. Pull up the drive through at 9:40 and get a message saying they're closed and to return during regular business hours. The hours posted on every door of the building say 10-12 DAILY. Time to clean house taco bell.
I love Taco Bell. I have the app and have $85 worth of gift cards in it. I go to Taco Bell at least once a week. What kind of person can rate Taco Bell a 1 star… I ordered through the app and pulled up. They said to come inside and get my order (okay cool no biggie). I waited 5 minutes and see my order and was pretty excited. I lean over and let them know that it’s my order. They don’t hear me. I say it 3 more times and the customers behind me heard but not the associates. (Okay cool maybe I’m just too soft spoken?) THEY GIVE MY ORDER AWAY. So a poor customer got my all veggie tacos. I proceed to try and get attention from someone. An employee walks over and I told him that my order was just given out. And he made me a new one on the spot (shout out to him) but comeee on. it’s fast food it shouldn’t have taken this long. I gave it a one star bc the guy that made the order on the spot is clutch.
I have always loved Taco Bell but this location will never get another penny from me. First, the food was pitiful. Dry chicken, hardly any cheese on the quesadilla. I ordered an extra item and it was not in the bag. Plus how do you run out of unsweet tea? Not to mention the horrible customer service. No bueno.
Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen in my life. Took them 10-15 mins every order in the drive thru making everyone wait almost an hour just for their food. Highly recommend going to a different Taco Bell, this one is run terribly.
This Taco Bell is hit or miss. Sometimes it's spot on, sometimes is not. Lots to employee turnover. Be prepared to wait. Still much better than the Popeyes next door.
