When you can get service, the food has been good for me. My frustration is that this place is so inconsistent. They regularly close the drive-thru and do lobby-only. Then they will also close the lobby and do drive-thru only. One day I showed up for lunch and all the employees were sitting by the dumpster smoking. I’m guessing the manager never showed up to open. I cannot rely in this place for a quick lunch which is what I usually need.I can confirm the reports of a single person running this place alone. They closed the drive-thru and made you use the kiosks in the lobby. It was beyond slow and they got my order wrong.

Worst service in the world. One guy working. Kept messing up the order through the drive through. Absolutely zero emotion. Charged my card then disappeared for 10 min. Overall it took 35 min to get order. Mean while guy in front of me came back and told me i will regret my order and when i went home i did regret it after seeing how the food looked like. If you want to see an excellent example of someone who absolutely hates their job, go to this place.

My family and I went to this location tonight and left because we drove up and sat there for 20 minutes. No one came to the speaker. We then drove around and back up to the speaker to see if maybe they didn't know we were there the first time, and again we we were greeted with silence and sat there for 10 more minutes. There were cars outside, and people inside. This is insanely unprofessional and not ok! If I could give no stars I would! Very very disappointing! Step up your game taco bell employees and management!

On multiple occasions, I've pulled to the drive thru speaker only to be greeted by silence. The store is open, there are people inside and cars parked outside. There is no sign or indication that the drive thru is closed. Whoever manages this place needs to step up their game or be fired.

The females are always unprofessional and have a stank, ghetto attitude. When they're on shift, they always close early and claim they no longer have most of the ingredients. Not to mention, I sit in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes just to receive cold fold or an order with missing items. Extremely frustrating! If you don't want to work, don't come to work! But I do give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to the gentleman that works there. He always has a positive attitude and greets you with a smile. I'll change my rating once the foul ones leave.

We’ve had numerous bad experiences at this location.Last week, my wife placed an order online. Upon arrival, they told her they never received it and told her to leave.My bank account shows you got it.Today, I came home to half of our order missing. I guess it’s my own fault for not pulling everything out of the bag to count before driving away.Safe yourself the headache and go to another location.

Over the past year this place has been going downhill fast. They either have no employees because no one bothered to show up, decided they don't want to open their drive thru at 12pm, or flat out just don't want to work. I sat for 10 minutes one time at the drive thru speaker, with a line building up behind me, only to be finally be told "we ain't open yet", it was 12pm and they had people inside in the kitchen hanging out

I got into this Taco Bell expecting nothing too crazy. Then, I was met with a warm welcome at the door and a continuous smile the whole time I ordered. Having someone nice like that is rare these days, and Brandon gave me just that! Thank you so much Brandon!!!

I have worked in restaurants myself so I know how stressful it can be; that said though, lady that took my drive through order had an attitude/rude and it took 7 min wait to get my food. If management can be notified to better the service. Thanks
