Great fries and shakes. The burgers are greasy. You have to eat them quickly if you don't want soggy bread.
This Steak and Shake was a great, new experience. You order at a touch screen now, and they call out your order. The tables were clean, and the wait time was very short. We will make a point to come again.
Definitely not the pre-covid steakn shake. For being nearly two years closed to in dinning, the place is dirty. Order on machine, pick it up after being called. No communication between customers and associates. Food was mediocre, not as tasty. Honestly, I understand that covid had hurt lots of businesses. Many have returned back better and improved but steakn shake. Its been 2 years i was here and will not be back unfortunately.
Sign in parking lot said dining room open. While placing order was Rudely told we had to take order toGo. This was false advertising and because they was lazy to remove sign and honor it they wouldn’t let us eat inside with handicap son. Then was told when said something manager Heather said keep messing with her she wouldn’t serve us. Walked out with customer service like that they want serve me.
OK.. The sign says Open For Business indoors now, GREAT! Walk in and its a cook and 3 kiosks to order from there. It was just frustrating to use the kiosk itself, playing with the entries vs ordering as previously. It was just not worth it. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FULL OPEN THEN JUST CLOSE THE PLACE... I can only imagine if you wanted something else after the order. The line of people with no food along the window tables was disturbing... Everyone was waiting and looking towards the cook area and I saw NO food on the tables. Needless to say we just left after the frustration and headed on exit south to Teds.
We placed an online order to be picked up at 8:15 pm on Friday night (5-13-22). I arrived at 8:10 and the place looked like a ghost town inside. I told them who I was and they told me my order was almost finished and to have a seat. At 8:20 they still didn't have my order. At 8:40 I finally got my order that had been sitting in the back. It was ice cold. The employees and so called manager seemed more interested in screwing off than doing their job. The food was horrible. The manager ignored me every time I asked about my meal.
They don't have high chairs for babies, so my infant had to sit on the table with me holding her, in order for her to eat. The ladies working stood on their cell phones instead of helping me when I needed it, they even looked up at me and continued playing on their phones. The tables were disgusting. And they only have kiosks to order on, instead of people taking orders. An older couple came in and had no idea how to order their food. Will not be back!!
Love steak and shakes fries plus the burger was delicious!! I don't say that too often about fast food places but yall definitely surprised me!!
Went in with my son and husband. The place literally had no high chairs or booster seats. Why? I have no I idea.The man cooking the burgers had on no hair net, mind you he had a mullet. My fries were cold. Looked very nasty behind counter
Horrible wouldnt answer the phone after calling multiple times. Showed up to drive through only. Tried getting them open the door or aleast come to the door and was ignore. (Couldn't go through drove through due to low clearance and in an ambulance it just wouldn't fit) we will do business elsewhere from now on. We don't expect special treatment there is no reason for inside to be closed covid is on the decline
