20Dec2021 - just passing through, no issues, just got hot coffee, nothing fancy.
The guy tried his best he kept asking the girl for help and she just left him and he made my drink wrong I wasn’t going to ask for it to be fixed because he seemed upset because he was left high and dry. The cookies are the best part in the drink that’s why I spend $6 on a drink and for it to not be made right is annoying. And it’s not his fault. I blame her for not helping someone when they ask for it. Every other time I go here it’s amazing.
The guy told me they were close and the young lady fixed me a Matcha, Now that is customers service, That guy need to update his skills

The ladies that work here are the best, I go everyday and they remember my name, and my coffee,and I'm always greeted with a smile and kind words. AWESOME

I love that I have a personal experience with all the employees because I'm there everyday. Most days theyre pleasant. Only down side is their drinks are super inconsistent in flavor and I've had to pay for my drink twice due to it being nasty.
I didn't know there was a Starbucks at Spouts Springs and 985, so I called. The phone number takes you to Kroger Pharmacy. If this is in the Kroger's store, this map pop-up should indicate that someplace.
