The only thing that made this visit enjoyable was the new employee at the register. Placed an order for two drinks and two ham and cheese croissants. The drinks did not have the extra espresso shots and one of my croissants was ice cold. We saw then make the drinks and instead of making everything separate the combined the drinks because they were identical but they didn't give the right amounts of espresso (should have been two per drink which is 4 but we knly got 2 overall) I forgot to ask for no whip cream so as they were making it we asked for one to not have it and one of the girls turned to us and said ugh. There was no need for that or the face made. It's not like you had to do anything extra if anything we stopped you from having to do something.
Ordered a coffee with “very little cream”. Received a coffee that looked like a glass of milk. Asked them to then pour half of it out and pour just coffee in. They decided to make another instead and proceeded to make another that looked like a glass of milk. That’s like a hot dog stand that can’t make hot dogs without them being smothered in so much mustard you can’t see the hot dog.
Their mobile order area is one that you cannot grab and go. This morning there were 10 employees (I counted) most standing around at register talking amongst themselves. Three people waiting at mobile order counter with no one to hand out drinks.All other Starbucks in area have a grab and go station so employees don’t have to worry about stopping what they are doing to dole out drinks
I don't think this location is open any longer. Nothing on the drive-thru menu, no signs and locked doors the last few times I've stopped. Not trying again.
I’m disappointed this location hasn’t been open when I pull up to drive threw in the morning. I’m having to go to another location that doesn’t open until 10am ??♀️
The people that work there are fabulous! Colleen, Josh & the crew are the best!
The employees there were very rude. Everyone was very moody expect a young lady.
This Starbucks location does it right every single time!Consistency is so important in a brand.Not only are they consistent but they go above and beyond. When I stopped by to purchase a remake of a drink that was made incorrectly at a different location they made things right.Thank you!
