When I come through their drive through it's always a waste of my time. There needs to be new and greatly improved management. This location is missing so many Starbucks products and drinks. They never have what I want or they will pour the caramel from the caramel macchiotto directly to the bottom of the cup. I will not be back. Go to a different location don't waste your time on this one.

There are too many other Starbucks to waste your time at this location. First, I ordered online through the app for in store pickup only to be told that the cafe was closed and I had to go through the drive thru. Second, because I had ordered online and now had to wait extra in the drive thru, the drinks were warm and the food was cold. Finally, they did not honor my “free” birthday drink.Go find another Starbucks. Please. This one isn’t worth your time or money.
The Customer Service is good….ButA cold pumpkin loaf and chai tea latte is a no. In addition place larger orders so you’re not constantly running out of items. The price is to high to feel your money is wasted.
Came in today and ordered a caramel latte (no foam, extra hot) and 1 old fashioned donut. There was foam in my latte and the cup was not filled up.
They get my chai drink correct every time so I can't complain. Sometimes it gets backed up but the team does a great job in keeping things moving.
Online order that I picked up in store. Appreciated the barista who took my sticker from the queue and made my drink as soon as I told her my name. Hardly any wait.
Starbucks is amazing don't get me wrong, but service wasn't too great. The line was SUPER long and I waited about 30 minutes to get to the window. They also were out of a lot of ingredients so I had to change my order a few times.
Always great service. They wear masks! Thank you for continuing to do so.
This is the second Starbucks I’m rating with a 1 star. I think they are crumbling under the weight of their success.
